History
History
Founded in the latter half of 2950, Hadean Interstellar is an industrial organization with a military mindset. Our core focus is on all things industrial; mining, logistics, transport and the trading of comodities. Our members have also been known to enter into underground facilities from time to time! In short, we move with purpose, whatever that may be.
Purpose
First, to build a community of like minded players. Those who enjoy spending our hobby time together and work well together. Second, we want to thrive and excel within the Verse. Success is measured differently by different people however the commonality is that we have fun doing so.
Mindset
Hadean Interstellar employs like minded individuals; those with a military mindset, who pursue excellence regardless of role, function or challenge. Our members are 18+ years of age, have real world experience (whether military or other) and understand that, while being a casual community, when it’s time to get after it we come together and achieve objectives or deliver outcomes. Not everyone gets to be Hadean, not everyone can be Hadean. Do you have what it takes?

Autonomy
Hadean Interstellar mandates that our employees are as important as our clients. Successful candidates are given autonomy to do what they want, how they want with the full weight and trust of the Corporation behind them. We encourage independent thought and the freedom to grow. When people are passionate about what they do they exceed expectations. The byproduct of this passion is service excellence for our clients.
Security
The galaxy is a pretty dangerous place. Fortunately, Hadena Insterstellar employs a wide range of security personnel. When push comes to shove HIG is right there with you. The safety and security of our members come first. There are times when one must push the envelope in order to achieve and excel but rest assured our team will be there beside you every step of the way.
Communication
The hallmark of any great Corporation lays in Communication. Whether in be expectations, transparency, accountability or praise. Communication is the cornerstone of any successful operation and at Hadean Interstellar we believe this to be paramount. Our membership is welcome to participate in discussions on the direction with all levels of leadership at any time.
