History

Those of us who managed to hide inside Hadleys Hope at LV426 managed to survive the discovery of the Xenomorph. We had an escape ship standing by which we used to evacuate the planet the moment peoples chests started to burst open, women, children, men —, the horrors you wouldn’t believe… — this was mere hours before the marine corps landed on LV426 with Lt. E. Ripley.

We as a community having worked for Weyland Yutani Industry decided not to make ourselves known to the company back on earth — too much had been lost and there was no going back to ordinary life. We took on the name ‘Hadleys Hope’ for our organisation as a reminder of the good times that was shared once in the past — but more importantly, to remind us of the terrible tragedies that came upon the good men women and children on that planet. The word ‘Hope’ felt appropriate for our members at the time.

We formed our own company and mustered up enough money to buy a few ships to which we use this day for transportation of cargo and exploration of resources that may prove highly valuable.

We are former colonisers and terraformers now starting life over exploring new territory and opportunities within the verse.

Our mission is simple — to rebuild meaningful lives and restore purpose and hope for the survivors of LV426.

We tolerate anyone, even the intolerable. Welcome to join ‘Hadleys Hope’

Manifesto

Hadleys Hope’s Rules and Regulations

1: We are not ‘the company’. We care for our members — they are family to us in the verse.
2: We all pitch in and help each other for the good of all.
3: We may get rowdy after a few pints but we are always friendly and civilized.
4: We don’t talk about LV426 out of respect for the deceased.
5: Feel free to take on any role with whatever ship you may possess. All help is welcomed.
6: We are aiming to create a harmonious company where all members have equal voice and say in any decision making progress. We Vote Together.
7: Abuse / Slandering / Sexual derogatory comments / Threats / are strictly forbidden. We may be ex drunks from good ole Hadley’s but we have moral and honor. Not like ‘the company’.
8: This company have a max limit of 158 People. NO EXCEPTIONS!
9: We speak English only.
10: We welcome regular players as well as hardcore. In the end its all about team effort and supporting each other.
11: Role Playing is part of the fun — but not a necessity. Contribution towards creating a profitable company where we can
create our own world and way of life that serves us is however important. Tssss…. as if ‘the company’ could ever care as much about you as we do. Be a good earner and be loyal — we’re all you got.
