Article I: Name and Formation

The name of this organization shall be Hathor Fabrications, established in 2954 AD by Kaskaal Tyrell and Tidus Rio in the Terra System.

Article II: Purpose

Hathor Fabrications is dedicated to being a pioneering force in the construction and fabrication industry. Our purpose is to design, construct, and deliver high-quality structures and facilities that enhance the human experience, both on planetary surfaces and in space.

Article III: Mission Statement

Our mission is to lead in advanced construction and fabrication solutions that empower communities, foster innovation, and responsibly gather resources from space. We aim to redefine the possibilities of construction across the galaxy.

Article V: Governance Structure

Board of Directors: The governing body shall consist of the founding members and selected industry experts, responsible for strategic oversight, long-term planning, and ensuring adherence to our mission.

Executive Team: Led by a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the executive team shall oversee daily operations and implement the company’s strategic vision.

D E P A R T M E N T S:

Engineering and Design: This department harnesses the power of our flagship, the Colisdated Outland Pioneer, a marvel of modern engineering that enables us to deliver limitless possibilities in construction and fabrication. Equipped with advanced fabrication technology and modular design capabilities, the Pioneer allows us to build on-site in the most remote locations, from barren asteroids to uncharted planetary terrains. The Engineering and Design team collaborates closely with clients to create bespoke structures that push the boundaries of innovation, ensuring that every project is a unique reflection of our commitment to excellence and creativity.

Project Management: Ensures timely execution and quality assurance for all projects.

Resource Management: Tasked with the responsible and efficient extraction of minerals from both asteroids and planetary surfaces, this department employs advanced technologies and sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact. Utilizing state-of-the-art spacecraft and planetary semi-automated mining facilities, Resource Management is dedicated to optimizing resource utilization while ensuring that all operations are conducted ethically and in harmony with the ecosystems we touch.

Sales and Marketing: Promotes the company’s services and builds strong client relationships.

Human Resources: Cultivates a positive workplace culture and manages talent development.

Hathor Security Services: Comprised of security contractors and military hardware specialists, this department ensures the safety and integrity of our projects and assets, providing protective measures (including armed response) during construction and resource gathering. This service can be provided under contract to third-party entities.

Article VI: Code of Conduct

All employees and stakeholders are expected to adhere to the company’s values through ethical behavior, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to our mission.

Article VII: Amendments

This charter may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the Board of Directors. Notice of proposed amendments must be provided at least one meeting prior to the vote.

Article VIII: Ratification

This charter shall be ratified by the founding members of Hathor Fabrications and shall take effect immediately upon approval
