History
We are a group of pilots who, having navigated countless digital universes and shared countless communication channels outside the boundaries of the UEE, recognized the necessity of bringing our existing bond into the ‘Verse.

- We created The Hidden Guild to serve as a formalized, secure extension of our own reliable network—a shield for ourselves and a welcoming port for any independent citizen seeking the same proven loyalty.
This Org exists because we believe that the best journeys in the galaxy are those shared with reliable company. Manifesto
The Hidden Guild operates under a core set of principles that define our existence in the Star Citizen ‘Verse. As we grow, these principles act as the molecular structure of our expanding force, ensuring the same quality of camaraderie is maintained across all operational wings.
- The Unity of the Void: We reject the boundaries of specialization. Whether you pilot a colossal cargo hauler, command a stealthy reconnaissance craft, or prefer the anonymity of the station bar, all roles and all ships are valued and necessary.
- A Sanctuary of Shared Purpose: Our primary objective is to provide a non-judgemental environment. As the Guild grows, we commit to establishing dedicated operational wings (e.g., Logistics, Exploration, Security) to efficiently support members in mining ventures, defensive patrols, exploration runs, and logistical support—wherever aid is required. The spirit of support remains absolute, regardless of scale.
- The Principle of Dedication over Domination: The Guild does not demand full-time commitment or peak performance. Your contributions are measured by your reliability and spirit. We prioritize fun, strategy, and successful group operations over mandatory attendance, scaling our missions to the availability of our members.

Charter
I. Membership (The Hidden):
The Guild is open to all citizens regardless of their experience level, preferred playstyle (PvE/PvP), or current fleet assets. To join is to accept the bond of mutual support, which is vetted through a probationary period to ensure alignment with our core values of trust and reliability.
II. Structure and Ranks (The Alliance):
As we grow beyond the core three, a system of progressive responsibility will be established to ensure organizational efficiency:
- The Core: The initial trusted members, responsible for setting policy and maintaining the Org’s culture.
- Officers/Wing Commanders: Appointed members responsible for leading specific operational wings (Security, Trade, Exploration) and mentoring new recruits.
- Guild Members: Fully vested, trusted members.
III. Operations (The Quest):
Guild operations are organized primarily by member request and officer-led strategic missions. The command structure ensures that every operation, large or small, has clear leadership and accountability, guaranteeing the original standard of cooperative success is met across all missions.
IV. Conduct (The Code):
- Replication of Trust: All members, new and veteran, must conduct themselves with the same high standard of respect and reliability that defines the core alliance.
- Zero Tolerance for Griefing: We exist to protect and support our own and friendly third parties.
