"Outer Heaven" / HEAVEN

In the year 1972 the legendary Big Boss created an organization for a private military group and named it “Militaires Sans Frontières” (“Soldiers Without Borders,” or “MSF”). This group had a lengthy career until one day they were surprised attacked by an unknown special forces group that left them in shambles and put Big Boss in a 9 year coma. After awaking, Big Boss turned the remainder of MSF into a new and improved faction. Calling it “Diamond Dogs,” this group set out for revenge and was willing to perform any job that was handed to them, no matter how evil. In the late 1980’s, Big Boss had amassed an enormous wealth through the group and used it to establish a fully independent nation.
This nation was Outer Heaven.
Outer Heaven was knocked down and rebuilt many times, and now it’s back as a PMC infiltration unit, now in the year 2945.
Just like the ones before us: The mission is all that matters.
