Hexon Industries exists to extract value from wreckage, move and protect cargo, and execute operations with discipline and accountability. We prioritize crew safety, operational efficiency, and contractual integrity. The organization is led by its founder, who enforces standards and holds members accountable so missions are completed reliably and profitably.

Founder Authority: The founder is the final authority for organizational direction and discipline. Respect and follow directives during operations.
Safety First: Crew safety overrides salvage goals. If lives are at risk, operations stop.
Legal & Contractual Compliance: Only recover or transport assets when we hold clear rights or have explicit client authorization.

Zero Tolerance Theft: Stealing from members, clients, or neutral parties results in immediate removal.
Accountability: Report losses, damage, and mission results honestly. Financial and mission records are required.
Operational Readiness: Ships and gear must meet deployment standards before any mission. Unfit equipment stays docked.

Burnout Prevention: Leadership monitors workload; excessive solo grind or mission overcommitment will be addressed to preserve member retention and performance.
