Following the hostile mergers of Paradigm Technologies and Anode Corp and the subsequent decade long antitrust litigations, Eagle Space, virtual remote subsidiary of Paradigm by unlawful partnership, was cut out of the major proceedings. The division of Paradigm left a legal loophole involving Eagle Space’s shadow ownership of it’s key affiliates; Stellar Logistics, Orbital Surveillance Inc, and Beam Heavy Industrial, whereby Eagle Space became a technical subsidiary of itself. Key players of Paradigm Technologies who were not imprisoned, exiled, or assassinated, utilized this loop hole to facilitate the merger of the four companies into Hypervalent Materials Group.
The success of the merger promised a triumphant return to business. Champagne flowed but the celebration was short lived. Rampant embezzlement and a series legal challenges involving the board’s alleged cartel connections made headline news causing stock in the company to plummet. Soon political pressure and division in leadership threatened to tear the company apart.
An internal revolt led by fleet commander Captain Sqwikken saw the disbandment of the board of directors and mysterious disappearance of several members of upper management. Captain Sqwikken and partners overhauled the company from the ground up, transforming it into what it is today. Under bold new leadership, HVMG has been revitalized and has claimed it’s rightful place in the market as a leading innovator of solution dynamics. The future is bright as the stars and HVMG will reach them all.
