History Manifesto Charter

History

The origin of our name comes from the asteroid field of heavy tungsten guarding the planet.
Providing a formidable defense to navigate through from our home system. The snails living on those
tungsten rich asteroids are primary pioneer species. They serve alongside the archaea working to
breakdown the rocks for their food. The snails feed on these archaea colonies as a secondary
chemotrophic consumption of tungsten. They then use this digested tungsten much like their distant
aquatic relatives living nears heat vents in the oceans they have adapted to live in extreme
environments. They use this digested tungsten to make their armor instead of the calcium carbonate or
iron to make their shells and armor. So, our organization is named after this amazing creature as are
organization is a resilient group designed to not just survive but instead to thrive in extreme and hostile environments.

Manifesto

We are as some might say the friendly pirates with the preferred term of freelancers. We go where the money is while protecting our own. Not always giving way to straight up aggression but instead more of a sneaky approach. However, our social structure is more similar to a hyena clan. We have a hierarchy, groups, and laugh like crazy. We do operate in the gray area of the law of the UEE of the Stanton System. We are no where near opposed to developing a crime stat or a rep but we do recognize the freedom not showing up as red on other citizens’ HUD provides our organization to maneuverability. Also, like a hyena while we laugh a lot and scavenge for easy money. We occasionally will still hunt and have a plethora of firepower to back it up with the three points of the triangle necessary. We have a long background of gunplay skills, space combat and piloting and the ships to back both of these up with utility. Our organizational colors are dark red, dark green and black. You can recognize us in armor of dark red helmets with a black torso, arms and legs. Our logo is based on the intelligence of the octopus to find a creative solution to whatever the client or situation requires. On our current logo you can see a demonstration of this as an octopus picks the lock of the chest it is floating about to get the treasure from within. The air bubbles are representative of our spaced based living. The sunken ship banner represents the past planet when ships were considered aquatic vessels instead of star travelers.
