Interstellar Confederation of Colonies / ICCN

The ICC initiative was started in 2954 in the Nyx system as a defense against UEE corporate attempts at usurping control in outer colony space. The initiative is currently tolerated by the UEE senate as it as yet poses no threat to imperial access to signatory territories. While the ICC is mainly intended for entire star systems to ally together, the ICC Governing body will recognize and accept any group seeking entry. The requirements are sparse, adherence to the ICC Constitution and agreeing to free trade and mutual defense, as well as contributing to the creation and maintaining of the ICC Navy. Signatory Systems, nations and smaller entities retain their autonomy within their territories.
