We are a newly formed org aiming to attract a specific audience focused on sustainable high level play. We’re deliberately selective—not about skill ceiling, but about personality and values. We’d rather stay small with the right people than grow large with constant friction.

History

You’re tired of:

  • Mandatory/ “Optional” ops you don’t want to attend,
  • Following calls from people who earned rank through seniority, not competence,
  • That person everyone tolerates but nobody enjoys,
  • People with a “vision” who want everything to orbit around them—you’re not playing together, you’re serving their main character fantasy,
  • Simple things becoming complicated because a senior person has “ideas”
  • Your time building someone else’s goals while yours sit untouched,
  • People desperate to be in charge who can’t see they’re not competent enough to be,
  • Staying out of guilt instead of enjoyment

    You prefer:

✓ You prefer freedom over permission
✓ You’d rather coordinate together than follow orders
✓ You want autonomy and accept the responsibility it requires
✓ You can handle uncertainty if it means independence
✓ You enjoy improving through real ops, real resistance, and honest outcomes—not padded egos or fake competence

We are a newly formed org aiming to attract a specific audience focused on sustainable high level play. We’re deliberately selective—not about skill ceiling, but about personality and values. We’d rather stay small with the right people than grow large with constant friction. We value the quality of culture over speed of growth.

We’re PvP-capable by design. Not sweaty, not elitist—just grown adults who enjoy clean comms, real coordination, and learning through actual fights. Losing doesn’t bother us. Not improving does.

We’re organized as martial guild—think Knights Templar or Janissary corps. Warrior brotherhood where merit determines authority, not rank or appointed command.

Leadership emerges from demonstrated skill. Structure forms around how we actually fight together. You earn your place through contribution and proven fit.

We have four guilds: Blade Wing (dogfighting), Iron Circle (capital warfare), Storm Company (ground ops), The Forge (economic operations).
Each guild trains together in its craft, shares practices, and regularly stress-tests skills in scrims, CZs, and live scenarios.

Multi-org friendly: We don’t require exclusive membership. You’re welcome to maintain affiliations elsewhere.

Most orgs take your freedom and give you structure. We give you structure that protects your freedom.

WHAT WE BUILT INSTEAD
An org that protects your freedom instead of consuming it:

** No mandatory anything*
Show up when you want. Leave when you want. Play what you want. No attendance requirements. No guilt. Your time is yours. But if you do show up, expect competent people who enjoy pushing each other through real gameplay. Nothing performative—just practice, reps, and honest outcomes.

  • No incompetent authority Leadership emerges naturally—whoever has relevant experience makes calls. You’re free to question. Free to suggest. Free to coordinate as peers. No arbitrary hierarchy eating your evening.
  • No toxic personalities
Peer selection process filters before people get in. Your guild votes on who joins based on actual ops together. One person who makes the game unfun gets filtered, not tolerated. This also means no fragile egos: if someone can’t handle losing a fight or hearing constructive feedback, they self-filter fast.
  • No political games No commander to please. No cliques to navigate. No favouritism. Contribute when you want. Step back when you need to.
  • Freedom to specialize or roam
Join a guild for your craft (dogfighting, ground ops, capitals, economic). But play with anyone through open channels and private sessions. You’re not trapped in your specialization. Master what you want. Play with who you want.

What it looks like
Tuesday evening. You log in. Someone’s organizing a CZ run. Sounds good. You join voice. Someone suggests approach. Someone refines it. You add your thoughts. Group decides together. Op runs smooth—everyone’s competent, comms are clean. When things go sideways, group adapts without blame. Two hours later, you log out satisfied. No mandatory op. No incompetent leadership. No drama. No guilt. Just good session with competent people. Your evening. Your choice. Your terms. That’s the freedom we’re protecting.

We regularly punch above our weight in PvP – not because we’re elite, but because we’re calm, cooperative, and willing to learn from every outcome—win or lose.

Manifesto

We are not built for comfort.
We are built for clarity, discipline, and relentless personal growth.

The Inner Circle exists for those who want more than distraction and noise.
We seek individuals who value maturity over impulse, self-awareness over ego, and growth over excuses.

We respect competition not for the thrill, but for the truth it reveals.
To win with intent.
To lose with honesty.
To return with purpose.

Here, performance is not a threat — it is a mirror.
Progress is earned, not given.
Accountability is shared, not avoided.

If you stand among us, you commit to the craft:
to learn, to refine, to fail forward, to push beyond comfort,
and to surround yourself with others doing the same.

The Inner Circle is not for everyone.
It is for the few who choose to rise.

Charter

RESPECT IN ALL DIRECTIONS,
Treat everyone with dignity. Disagree without attacking. Question ideas, not people.
Not tolerated: Personal attacks, dismissiveness, undermining teammates, passive-aggressive behavior.
————————————-
BE AN ASSET, NOT A LIABILITY,
Contribute, don’t expect to be carried. Learn continuously. Show up prepared. Take responsibility for mistakes. Pull your weight.
————————————-
COMMUNICATION,
Voice: Silence is fine. Speak when you have something worth saying. Keep comms clear during ops.
Text: Use appropriate channels. Be clear and concise.
Operations: Follow tactical calls during action. Question after, not during.
————————————
CHANNEL USAGE,
Lobby: General gathering, coordination
Open Channel (3): Post ops, anyone can join
Private Channel (3): Invite-only, no interruptions
Use push-to-talk if you have background noise. Don’t interrupt private sessions.

NO DIVISIVE TOPICS IN PUBLIC CHANNELS,
Not allowed in public channels:
Religion or religious debates,
Politics,
Hot-button social/cultural issues,
Anything designed to provoke or divide,

This includes debates about gender, sexuality, race, etc. Normal social interaction is fine. Mentioning your partner, talking about your weekend—that’s welcome. What’s not fine: Making sexuality, politics, religion, or any identity issue a constant conversation topic. Applies to everyone equally. In private channels/DMs: Discuss whatever you want. ——————————- HANDLE CONFLICTS LIKE ADULTS, Issue with someone? Talk to them directly first. Still unresolved? Bring to your guild or @Seyyah. Won’t tolerate: Passive-aggression, talking shit without direct conversation, unnecessary drama. —————————— MULTI-ORG MEMBERS We’re multi-org friendly. Don’t use our resources for other org’s benefit. Don’t join to poach members. But if genuine relationships form and someone chooses to join your other org, that’s their call. We trust people’s judgment—that’s why they’re here. —————————- ZERO TOLERANCE Immediate removal for:
