Imperial Defence Force / IDFORCE

The Imperial Defence Force [IDF] is an Oceanic Organisation that focuses primarily on Navy and Marine operations through the areas of Security, Transportation, Exploration, Anti-Piracy, Trading and Mining operations. The IDF is a free band of citizens, acting as a private security force.

The IDF will mainly operate as its own military force to progress the organisations goals and further strengthen the organisation as a whole, however there may be times when parts of the military will be sent to assist another organisation or person as a private military force.

One of the IDF’s primary focus is its role as a private military force. Being hired by other organisation for security or other operations. However the IDF only will accepted and operate within the boundaries of UEE law.

The IDF has focuses outside private security such as Exploration, Anti-Piracy, Trading and Mining operations as a means of provide additional areas of employment and creating additional financial income to support organisation operations and private security infrastructure.

The first long term goal for the organisation is to establish a base of for centralization of operations (ground base or space station depending). In addition, maintaining a main fleet readily equipped for all space and ground operations.

The Charter defines the behaviour and expectations put upon members on the IDF and the standards that are to be upheld.

Representation

In all situations both behind close doors and publically, IDF members must present and act in a way that represents the IDF in a positive light, inline with the ideals of the organisation. This includes: Interactions with members of the organisation and outside the organisation;

1. The way in which members are dressed;
2. And being only involved in actions within the bounds of UEE law.

Expectations

All members of the IDF are expected to meet and uphold certain commitments and duties. These duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Presentation of Uniform and Armor;
2. Addressing senior officers;
3. Performing duties properly, effectively and efficiently to a high standard across all jobs and duties when assigned;
4. Members will follow orders from senior and commanding officers without back chat or questioning (within reason) immediately when they are given;
5. Members are expected to be available (if IRL allows) to report for duty whenever the organisation may need, whether attendance to training, organisation events or other assignments;
6. It is expected that members will remain active within the organisation and if for some reason are taking an extended leave of absence will inform their commanding officer prior of the date and length of the leave;
7. Members of the IDF will remain loyal at all times and will not do anything in any way to compromise the IDF, its information or alike;
8. Members will not do anything to compromise the integrity, information, reputation or security of the organisation in anyway.

Professionalism

Throughout everything the IDF members do they should show professionalism in all areas, both in game and other platforms like discord. It is expected that all members will:

1. Not show any form of disrespect or discrimination towards anyone on the basis of ethnicity, race, sex, nationality, national origin, religion;
2. Curse words and blasphemy should not be used in the presence of senior officers;
3. All of the above points that are applicable in the sense of Discord and Spectrum apply.

Requirements

The Imperial Defence Force recruits members of all ages from around the world. The determining factors for entry are maturity and commitment.
