Amidst the chaos, a visionary entrepreneur name Christopherson von Eracros saw an opportunity. With the rise of interstellar trade and commerce, she saw the need for a unified and efficient transport network that could connect the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Thus, the Interstellar Freight and Utility Konsortium was born.

At its inception, IFUK faced daunting challenges. The technology to build faster and more reliable ships had yet to be developed, and the dangers of space travel were ever-present. But von Eracros and his team were undeterred. Charter

Charter of the Interstellar Freight and Utility Konsortium (IFUK)

Article I: Membership

  1. Membership in IFUK is open to any individual or organization that supports our mission and goals.
  2. All members are entitled to equal protection and benefits under IFUK’s policies.
  3. Members are expected to abide by all IFUK rules and regulations.

Article II: Protection of Members

  1. IFUK is committed to protecting the safety and well-being of all its members.
  2. Any member found guilty of threatening or harming another member will face immediate suspension or expulsion.

Article III: Profit Generation

  1. IFUK is a trade organization focused on generating profits for its members.
  2. Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that furthers IFUK’s financial goals.
  3. Any member found guilty of engaging in activities that harm IFUK’s profits or reputation will face disciplinary action.

Article IV: Dispute Resolution

  1. Any disputes between members will be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
  2. IFUK will appoint a member-judge to oversee the dispute resolution process.
  3. Members agree to abide by the decisions made through the dispute resolution process.

Article V: Amendments

  1. This Charter may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the IFUK council.
  2. Proposed amendments must be submitted in writing to the IFUK leadership for consideration.
  3. Amendments will go into effect immediately upon approval.

Article VI: Dissolution

  1. IFUK may be dissolved only by its founding member.
  2. In the event of dissolution, all remaining assets and funds will be distributed equally among its current membership.
