IICORP Corporate Charter

I. Corporate Mandate & Ethics
Lawful Alignment: All IICORP operations, whether solo or fleet-based, must strictly adhere to Universal Earth Empire (UEE) Law. Piracy, smuggling, and criminal non-compliance are grounds for immediate and permanent removal.

Professional Conduct: Members must represent the Corporation with integrity. Harassment, excessive vulgarity, and toxic behavior directed toward other members or the public are prohibited.

Real-Life First (RLF): While real-life commitment always comes first, members should notify leadership of extended absences to maintain roster organization.

II. Operational Discipline
Chain of Command: During any active, organized mission (fleet mining, trade convoy, security contract), the designated Logistics Captain or Security Lead holds full command authority. Orders must be executed efficiently and without contestation until the mission concludes.

Communication Protocol: Active participation in voice comms (via the designated platform) is mandatory for all multi-crew and fleet operations.

Asset Stewardship: Members utilizing corporate assets (e.g., shared fleet ships, loaned equipment) must treat them with professional care. Damage or loss due to negligence must be reported immediately.

III. Resource and Asset Accountability
Profit Sharing: All profits derived from official, multi-crew IICORP operations will be distributed according to the mission’s established profit-sharing protocol. Attempting to divert or hide corporate profits is considered a breach of trust.

Specialization: Members are expected to focus their training and expertise within one or more of the Four Pillars: Industrial, Logistics, Militarized Security (IMS), or Medical Services (IMC).

IV. Violations and Enforcement
Warning System: Minor breaches of the Charter (e.g., communication failures, minor negligence) will result in a formal warning from the Division Lead.

Termination: Major breaches (e.g., piracy, repeated unlawful acts, asset theft, gross insubordination) will result in immediate, permanent, and non-negotiable termination from the Intergalactic Industrial Corporation.
