Respect & Integrity: Treat all members, regardless of rank, with respect and honesty. Harassment, discrimination, or dishonest behavior will not be tolerated.

Collaboration & Communication: Foster open communication and teamwork. Encourage members to share ideas, assist each other, and engage positively in discussions.

Adherence to Code of Conduct: Follow the organization’s code of conduct at all times, both in-game and in external interactions. Uphold a positive reputation for the organization.

Commitment & Activity: Show commitment to the organization by actively participating in events, missions, or activities when possible. Regular inactivity without notice may lead to membership review.

Leadership & Accountability: Leaders must lead by example, adhering to rules and showing fairness in decisions. They are accountable for their actions and decisions.

Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and disagreements amicably. Avoid public disputes that can harm the organization’s reputation. Seek mediation if needed.

Resource Sharing & Fair Play: Encourage sharing resources and knowledge among members. Play fair and avoid exploits or cheating in the game.

Contribution & Growth: Encourage contributions to the organization’s growth, be it through recruitment, skill development, or strategic planning.

Privacy & Security: Respect members’ privacy and safeguard sensitive information. Avoid sharing personal details without explicit consent.

Continuous Improvement: Embrace feedback and strive for continuous improvement. Regularly review and refine these rules for the betterment of the organization.
