As our magazine issues are released and welcomed, our enduring efforts are honored by the COMMUNITY MVP by RSI staff. This is IMPERIAL GEOGRAPHIC christening. Now everyone, in the ‘Verse knows us and our way of telling the ‘Verse, one story at a time.
IMPERIAL GEOGRAPHIC is founded, on December 6th, by Bantam Cumberly, Chinmay and Biva with the mission to give citizens thrills and emotions related to the beauty of the ‘Verse. It’s primary mission is to take the ultimate shot, the ultimate picture of the universe, enclosed in a glimpse.

A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION
IMPGEO is a non-profit scientific and educational organizations which operates within the UEE territory. Its interests include geography, archaeology, and natural science, the promotion of environmental and historical conservation, and the study of ‘Verse culture and history.
EXPLORATION IS OUR MAIN GOALS
IMPGEO revolves around exploration. All our job is focused on exploring new territories and, even better, getting to know the area of the ‘Verse we live in. Our fleet’s main goal is to reach the ultimate star and taking the ultimate shot while getting there. To us, destination is not so relevant. It’s the journey which matter the most.
STUDYING THE ‘VERSE
Explorations means many things. To us, it implies a better understanding of what surrounds us. To do so our expeditions are intended to be a moment, for our members, to view the ‘Verse in a different angle. Reporting what we see is our duty, in order to let others experience what we felt first hand.
As explorers, we aim to collect information and shots of what we find during our journeys and deliver them to the citizens of the ‘Verse. In doing so we publish several periodicals. Here’s the actual list.
TAKING THE ULTIMATE DRAMATIC SHOT
Our members (main and affiliates) explore the ‘Verse with their ships, minding their business but with the goal to take the ultimate dramatic shot. All shots collected and submitted to IMPGEO will be scrutinized and, ultimately, inserted in our magazines.

Our Charter is our backbone. We follow these rules and we consider them our guide and our path. They represent what we are and what we do. We could not do our job without them. And we could not live together without staring at them every day. It is what makes us different.
WRITTEN AND SPOKEN LANGUAGE
This is “Wide-Across-Galaxy” Organization. We embrace any kind of people, from anywhere in UEE (and beyond). That being said, our company embraces ENGLISH as our main written and spoken languages.
These rules are to be followed. Every day. By every member of IMPGEO (doesn’t matter if you’re a main member or an affiliate). Please do follow these simple steps:
Every day matters. A career with us means working hard to achieve our mission in a collaborative and inclusive culture. We have a talented team with diverse people, ideas, interests, and skills. Our behaviors are guided by a deep commitment to Imperial Geographic’s internal values: being inclusive and respectful, curious and innovative, empowered and accountable, proactive, and team players.
Our affiliates members are our extended family. They read us or help us to better ourselves and produce even better contents. They are talented people with diverse ideas, interests, and skills. They’re behaviors are guided by a similar commitment to Imperial Geographic’s internal values: being inclusive and respectful, curious and innovative, empowered and accountable, proactive, and team players.
IMPGEO uses Ranks and Roles. They’re based on skills and your efforts. Advancement in both these fields will be subjected to members’ efforts and perks gained on duty, missions and expeditions. Please not that while Roles can be assigned only to main members, Ranks are distributed equally to our main and affiliates mambers.
Readers who like Imperial Geographic and read our magazines. Nothing is required. Just for them to relax and enjoy our issues. They just follow us on our social platform (such as Spectrum or Instagram) and let us know what they think of our work. Their feedback is crucial to us.
Members who can actively help Imperial Geographic with without been part of the staff or the team. They are affiliates who can intercede with their main organizations to promote and help coordinate events or shared activities.
SECTION VI : OTHER RANKS
New members who learn how to work with us, under the supervision of others members, until they’re ready to be promoted.
Members who get full access to IMPGEO and contribute with their pictures.
Members who get full access to IMPGEO and contribute by being content creators, with their pictures, videos, articles and magazines.
Members who show a strong attitude toward collaborative work in IMPGEO and who, usually, are members of the board. They oversee to many duties with different focuses and contribute to our publications proactively.
IMPGEO uses well defined roles in order to drive the change from the inside. Every main member can be invested of one of these roles (Editor In Chief being excluded, of course) and being an Officer, here, is something you should be proud of and means dedication and a good understanding of our Organization. Officers are people that value:
SECTION VIII : OFFICERS
EDITOR IN CHIEF
The Editor In Chief is the Founder and the most senior officer in charge of managing our Organization. Typically, the Editor In Chief has responsibilities as a director, decision maker, leader, admiral and executor. The decision-making role involves high-level decisions about policy. As leader of our Organization and Fleet, the Editor In Chief advises the Board, motivates members, and drives change within the Organization. The Editor In Chief also presides over the Fleet’s day-by-day operations.
The Managing Editor is one of the highest-ranking executive positions in IMPGEO. The Managing Editor is responsible for the daily operation and routinely reports to the Editor In Chief. He is a prominent figure in IMPGEO and manages members, ranks and roles. He oversees all Organization’s developments. He is the leading head of our Knowledge Net. Being the Managing Editor is like being the drive engine of our Organization. He is Editor In Chief’s right arm and looks after his decisions to be implemented as they have been designed.
The Executive Editor oversees, of course, recruitment. He is in charge of the most important task of all which is finding thinking heads. And transform them in capable photographers, journalists and explorers. He manages applications and has the final word on applicants recruitment. He often engages with the Managing Editor to help him find out people with specific or needed skills. Also, he oversees Expeditions Request and assign Expedition mandates.
The Branding Editor leads all marketing operations and, indeed, has several and proved abilities in public relations. He oversees and manages branding as well as our image. Moreover, he leads marketing communications (including advertising and promotions).
By joining our Company you accept this Charter in all its form, from now on and as long as you’ll stay with us.
This Charter is subject to change, in time. Every time we’ll change it we’ll inform our members in a proper way, in the official thread. Every time it changes it is considered accepted by both sides. If you don’t agree anymore with our Charter, you are free to leave us.
