Welcome to Interstellar Contract Agencies (ICA) Spectrum page.

The ICA is a professional organisation founded in 2951 for individuals seeking coordinated bounty and contract operations. We value teamwork, professionalism, and discretion.

Membership is selective. Results matter.

History

Succeeding the legacy of an Earth corporation bearing a similar name, the Interstellar Contracts Agency (ICA) was formally established in June 2951. Founded by Bongo, the Agency’s incumbent President, the ICA represents the evolution of an older philosophy into a new interstellar reality; one shaped by opportunity, volatility, and calculated risk.

Bongo founded the ICA alongside his long-term associate and trusted confidant, Jake, who serves as Vice President. Together, they provide unified leadership and strategic direction, bound by a shared vision: the creation of a discreet, results-driven organisation capable of operating where conventional institutions cannot or will not.

The ICA exists to facilitate and execute high-value contracts across the spectrum of bounty acquisition, private security, and mercenary operations, while also offering specialised support in the procurement, recovery, and transfer of desirable assets and sensitive materials. Operating beyond the constraints of traditional allegiances, the Agency prioritises efficiency, deniability, and outcome above all else.

Details of ICA operations and clientele are intentionally limited. What is known however, by partners, competitors, and observers alike, is that ICA contracts are fulfilled with precision, professionalism, and finality.

The Agency does not seek recognition, only results.

Manifesto

Organisational Mandate

The Interstellar Contracts Agency (ICA) is a professionally governed organisation whose operations are defined by clear objectives, disciplined conduct, and a unified strategic vision. Membership within the Agency is conditional upon adherence to its principles and alignment with its long-term aims.

Founded in 2951 by Bongo, the ICA was established to provide a secure platform for capable, like-minded individuals to coordinate, communicate, and execute high-value contracts. Beyond its core activities, the ICA pursues broader strategic outcomes: success, wealth, and influence. In service of these objectives, the Agency seeks to cultivate a professional social ecosystem that enables collaboration while supporting the advancement of individual associates. Collective strength and personal ambition are viewed as complementary, not competing, forces.

Core Values

Honesty
Integrity and trust form the backbone of all ICA operations. Dishonesty—whether through omission, misrepresentation, or intent—undermines not only the individual, but the Agency as a whole. Short-term gains achieved without honesty invariably result in long-term loss.

Loyalty
Loyalty within the ICA extends beyond allegiance to the organisation itself. It encompasses commitment to one’s peers, to shared objectives, and to personal standards. Those unable to recognise the value of loyalty may find themselves incompatible with the Agency’s culture.

Selflessness
The capacity to prioritise the needs of others—and of the Agency—above personal interest is essential. As reflected in the principle “Bis dat qui cito dat” (“He gives twice who gives promptly”), decisive and willing support strengthens collective resilience. Contributions made without hesitation are remembered, reciprocated, and often returned with greater value.

Accountability
Mistakes are inevitable; denial is not acceptable. Associates are expected to acknowledge errors openly, address them directly, and extract lessons from the experience. Accountability is viewed not as a liability, but as a mark of professionalism and personal development.

Ingenuity
While adherence to ICA values is mandatory, unquestioning compliance is not the goal. Associates are encouraged to internalise these principles, interpret them intelligently, and apply independent thought to improve methods, strategies, and outcomes. Innovation, when grounded in shared values, is a strategic asset.
