Per Astra Invicti.
Through the stars, unconquered.
Astra Invicta began the same way most good things do: a small group of friends who enjoyed flying together and wanted something more organized than a loose party, and less transactional than a random contract group.
We wanted:
- Regular fleet operations instead of ad-hoc sessions
- Familiar faces instead of constant turnover
- Coordination instead of chaos
- And an identity that felt like it could grow, not just exist for a weekend
So we decided to build something ourselves.
We didn’t start with capital ships, territory, or ambition. We started with a shared interest in flying, fighting, and learning together and the idea that doing it as a structured group would be more fun, more effective, and more meaningful than doing it alone.
The name Astra Invicta came from that mindset. Not as a claim of power, but as a goal: to build something that lasts. Something that doesn’t dissolve when people get busy, bored, or frustrated. Something stable enough that people can step away and come back to without finding it gone.
Over time, Astra Invicta became less about individual pilots and more about a shared space, a fleet culture, a Discord, a place where people can organize, learn, and fly together without pressure or pretense.
It’s still just people. Still just friends, old and new, who like flying ships and doing things together.
The only difference now is that it has a name and we want you to be part of it.
We believe that power without structure is chaos.
We believe that strength without discipline is waste.
We believe that a fleet is not a collection of ships, but a collection of people bound by trust.
We reject the idea that order must be imposed from above or purchased from the highest bidder. We reject the idea that loyalty is transactional, or that purpose can be rented by the contract.
We exist as a standing fleet because presence matters.
We believe that:
Stability is more valuable than dominance.
Reliability is more powerful than reputation.
Discipline is stronger than numbers.
Unity is stronger than individual skill.
We do not seek conflict, but we do not fear it.
We do not pursue war, but we are prepared for it.
We do not threaten. We endure.
Astra Invicta is not unconquered because it has never lost a battle.
It is unconquered because it does not break.
Astra Invicta exists to operate on all grounds within the verse.
Everyone is welcome to join our fleet, we are (for the most part) a casual organization with plans to grow. Any casual player will be welcome at all times even when we grow out of our casual “shell”
Astra Invicta operates under a defined chain of command, with authority delegated through rank and role. All members agree to respect this structure during operations.
Membership is granted based on merit, conduct, and alignment with fleet values — not solely on skill, wealth, or availability.
All members are expected to:
Act with professionalism
Support fellow members
Represent Astra Invicta honorably
Command decisions during operations are final. Disputes are addressed after the fact through proper channels.
Members will:
Treat others with respect
Avoid unnecessary conflict
Protect internal fleet information
Avoid actions that damage the fleet’s reputation
Astra Invicta remains independent of all political, corporate, or ideological control. Contracts and alliances are accepted selectively and only when aligned with fleet interests.
This charter may be amended by High Command when necessary, provided changes are communicated clearly to the fleet.
