Independent multi-role operations group specializing in reconnaissance, tactical deployment, and interstellar logistics. IORG accepts contracts across UEE and unregulated space.
Originally established by a coalition of ex-Naval officers, freelancers, and independent logistics contractors, Interstellar Operations & Recon Group (IORG) was founded in response to the growing demand for flexible, high-reliability teams capable of operating beyond the reach of standard UEE forces.
Initially contracted for long-range recon and frontier charting, IORG quickly developed a reputation for completing high-risk missions with precision and discretion. From hostile recovery operations in unregulated space to supply chain support in contested sectors, the group has steadily expanded its scope balancing tactical deployments, exploration initiatives, and logistical coordination under one unified command.
Now fully independent, IORG continues to serve a wide array of clients; civilian, corporate, and covert while maintaining its core principles: adaptability, professionalism, and survival in the most hostile regions of space.
Whether it’s charting an unmarked jump point, securing high-value assets, or supporting large-scale fleet operations, IORG delivers results, no matter the odds.
We are not a corporation.
We are not a government asset.
We are not bound by borders or politics.
IORG exists to operate where others hesitate.
We recon hostile ground, secure volatile assets, and deploy where failure is not an option. Our contracts range from deep-space surveys and cargo escort to rapid-response combat operations in lawless sectors.
We believe in precision, adaptability, and the power of a tight crew over bureaucracy and red tape.
Whether it’s UEE-aligned, independent, or undisclosed, if the mission matters, we take it.
We do not posture. We do not bluff. We deliver results.
All members of IORG are expected to operate with professionalism, loyalty, and discipline. We represent a unified, multi-role operations group functioning across both regulated and unregulated space. The following charter outlines the core principles and conduct expectations for all personnel:
1. Operational Discipline
Members must exercise sound judgment, follow mission parameters, and respect the chain of command during active operations. Reckless behaviour endangers the group and will not be tolerated.
2. Discretion and Loyalty
IORG personnel may operate in sensitive, high-risk environments. Information regarding missions, clients, or internal affairs is to remain confidential unless declassified by command.
3. Respect and Conduct
All members will treat each other, allies, and neutral parties with respect. Harassment, abuse, or toxic behaviour of any kind is grounds for immediate dismissal.
4. Reliability and Engagement
Whether you’re flying security, hauling cargo, or charting the unknown, every role matters. Members are expected to contribute to the group’s success and maintain communication when available.
5. Independence and Initiative
IORG values capable individuals who can think and act without handholding. When operating off-contract, members are free to pursue personal interests, provided they do not conflict with the organization’s reputation or standing.
6. Honour Among Professionals
We do not abandon allies. We do not sabotage our own. We complete the job..
Failure to abide by this charter may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or termination from the organization.
We are not a democracy.
