All board members, and employees will adhere to the following charter:

Work hours are set by the individual. There are no mandatory minimum hours work, meetings to attend, or other work functions required to be a member of the IQS ™ family.

Teamwork is a core principle at the heart of the company’s founding members. While there are no mandatory obligations, it is highly recommended and encouraged to support fellow IQS ™ members whenever possible.

IQS ™ was founded with several areas of focus when it comes to types of work. These are not restrictive or limiting in anyway. As a ‘for profit’ company, all lucrative work is encouraged.

IQS ™ seeks to be a reputable name when it comes to the services that the corporation offers. All individual legal matters will need to handled personally. IQS ™ takes no responsibility for uncondoned criminal actions by its employees, to include board members.
