Iron Wing / IRONWING

Iron Wing was founded by ace pilot and experienced guild leader Poto. Our aim is to remain a tight-knit and fun organization. Providing squad support with Teamspeak available for the Dogfighting Module.

Organization membership will be soft-capped at 100 active members. This will help ensure that your fellow wing members will be a name that you know, not just a number lost in a huge generic organization.

Iron Wing strives to be a fun place to hang out and fly with others who have your back. No drama or excessively strict command structure here. You’re not going to be anyone’s slave. You’ll be free to do your own thing or join up with one of the squads or fleets we have running.

When you fly with Iron Wing you will not be required to fly our organization colors or standards. You are free to show your own flair, forum sigs or whatever you prefer.

You are free to join other organizations as long as those other orgs are not actively trying to kill us.

We are primarily looking for members located near the east coast and central regions of the US. The reason for this is to ensure a healthy ping between members when flying together. If you live further away than this, you are still welcome to apply, but you may not be able to fly effectively with everyone in the wing.

Voting
Group activities will be decided by voting on the Iron Wing Forum. This game is still in development and it would probably be foolish and presumptive to try to lock anybody into one play style or one “job” in the persistent universe. As such Iron Wing will keep an open mind and figure out what our members find the most fun along the way before deciding what to do.
