History of the Interstellar Dynamics Group (ISDG)
The Interstellar Dynamics Group (ISDG) is a powerful interplanetary corporation known primarily for two sectors: deep-space resource extraction and space defense operations. Over time, the company became one of the most influential industrial and security organizations operating across the Verse. The Interstellar Dynamics Group was founded in 2875 during the heavy expansion of commercial activity in space. The founders believed that future space colonies and industries would depend on two critical pillars:
Reliable access to off-world resources
Protection of infrastructure and shipping lanes in space
From the beginning, ISDG was structured differently than most aerospace companies. Instead of focusing primarily on exploration, the company focused on industrial logistics and security systems designed to support large-scale mining operations.
Early investments went into:
autonomous asteroid mining drones
resource transport vessels
orbital security patrol craft
long-range threat detection systems
By the early 2890s, ISDG had already secured contracts with several lunar and asteroid mining operations. The company is still growing and striving today in all nearby systems.
“Securing the resources of the stars.”
In the year 2875, as humanity spread across distant systems and the frontier of space grew increasingly complex, the Interstellar Dynamics Group (ISDG) was founded to solve two fundamental challenges of interstellar civilization:
The protection of critical infrastructure and the extraction of essential resources.
As colonies multiplied and trade routes stretched across light-years, instability threatened the fragile network that connected humanity’s worlds. Mining stations were vulnerable, shipping lanes were exposed, and demand for strategic materials outpaced the capabilities of fragmented organizations.
ISDG was created to bring order, industrial power, and security to the expanding frontier.
The expansion of civilization requires stability. ISDG protects mining installations, transport convoys, and industrial infrastructure from piracy, sabotage, and external threats. Our security fleets safeguard the lifelines of interstellar commerce.
The stars contain the raw materials needed to sustain civilization. ISDG develops advanced mining systems capable of harvesting resources from asteroids, moons, and planetary rings across multiple star systems.
Every colony, shipyard, and megastructure depends on a constant flow of materials and safe transportation routes. ISDG ensures the industrial supply chain that allows humanity to grow beyond a single world.
Civilization cannot expand into chaos. ISDG ensures that the frontier remains secure and functional.
The future of humanity will be built with the metals, fuels, and rare elements found in space. ISDG provides the infrastructure to harvest and deliver them.
From autonomous mining fleets to advanced defense systems, ISDG invests in the technologies that keep civilization moving forward.
The resources of space are vast but not infinite. ISDG commits to sustainable extraction and responsible industrial practices across all systems.
Unknown dangers exist beyond explored space. ISDG maintains the readiness and capability to defend humanity’s economic lifelines wherever they extend.
ISDG envisions a future where:
Resource networks link hundreds of star systems
Secure trade routes support thriving interstellar economies
Frontier colonies grow into powerful worlds
The industrial backbone of civilization remains protected and stable
ISDG will stand at the center of that future as the guardian and engine of interstellar industry.
The stars demand discipline, strength, and vision.
The Interstellar Dynamics Group was founded to ensure that humanity’s expansion does not collapse under its own weight. We secure the routes, harvest the resources, and power the growth of civilization.
Where civilization reaches, ISDG stands ready.
Charter of the Interstellar Dynamics Group (ISDG)
Established in the Year 2875
Preamble
In recognition of humanity’s expansion across the stars and the growing need for secure infrastructure and sustainable access to cosmic resources, the Interstellar Dynamics Group (ISDG) is hereby established.
This Charter defines the principles, authority, and operational framework under which ISDG shall operate. Its purpose is to ensure that the extraction of resources and the protection of interstellar infrastructure are conducted with stability, efficiency, and responsibility.
Through this Charter, ISDG commits itself to the advancement of interstellar civilization and the preservation of order throughout the frontier.
Article I — Name and Authority
The organization shall be known as the Interstellar Dynamics Group (ISDG).
ISDG shall operate as an interstellar industrial and security corporation engaged in the protection of infrastructure and the extraction, processing, and transport of extraterrestrial resources.
ISDG shall maintain operational authority over its installations, vessels, and personnel within the jurisdictions granted by chartering governments, colonial administrations, or lawful agreements.
Article II — Purpose
The primary purposes of ISDG are:
To locate, extract, refine, and distribute resources from celestial bodies including asteroids, planetary rings, and moons.
