Charter
JAWA INC. CORPORATE CHARTER
Space Hauling & Scrapping Organization
Article I — Name and Establishment
The name of this organization shall be JAWA INC., hereafter referred to as the Company.
The Company is established as an independent commercial organization dedicated to the recovery, transportation, dismantling, and lawful disposition of cargo, vessels, components, and salvageable materials across interplanetary and deep-space operating zones.
Article II — Purpose
The purpose of JAWA INC. is to:
Conduct cargo hauling operations across lawful commercial, industrial, and frontier routes.
Recover derelict, abandoned, damaged, or destroyed spacecraft and installations for salvage and reuse.
Process and repurpose recovered materials into marketable industrial resources.
Provide logistical support and emergency recovery services to allied organizations and clients.
Maintain safe, efficient, and profitable spaceborne operations in accordance with applicable jurisdictional law and corporate policy.
Article III — Mission Statement
The mission of JAWA INC. is:
To recover value from the forgotten reaches of space through disciplined hauling, strategic salvage, and relentless operational excellence.
The Company is committed to ensuring that no viable cargo, material, or vessel asset is left unrecovered where lawful and operationally feasible.
Article IV — Core Principles
The Company shall operate under the following principles:
1. Efficiency
Every operation shall be conducted with maximum resource efficiency and minimal waste.
2. Integrity
All members shall act with professionalism, accountability, and loyalty to the Company.
3. Resilience
The Company shall maintain operational readiness in hazardous and hostile environments.
4. Recovery
No salvageable asset shall be abandoned without due assessment.
5. Mutual Support
Crew safety and team cohesion are fundamental to mission success.
Article V — Membership and Roles
Membership in JAWA INC. shall be open to qualified individuals approved by Company leadership.
Operational roles may include, but are not limited to:
Command Officers
Hauling Pilots
Salvage Operators
Escort / Security Personnel
Engineering Crew
Logistics and Dispatch Officers
Recovery Specialists
Each member shall uphold the standards and directives established by this Charter.
Article VI — Command Structure
Authority within the Company shall flow through the following chain of command:
Chief Executive Officer / Director
Operations Command
Fleet Command
Division Supervisors
Crew Chiefs
Field Operators and Pilots
Orders issued through the chain of command shall be considered binding during operational deployments unless they violate standing law or Company policy.
Article VII — Conduct
All members shall:
Respect command authority
Protect Company assets
Conduct themselves professionally in all public and operational spaces
Refrain from theft or unauthorized retention of Company salvage
Maintain confidentiality regarding routes, cargo, and contracts
Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or removal.
Article VIII — Motto
The official motto of JAWA INC. shall be:
“Nothing Wasted. Nothing Left Behind.”
Article IX — Amendments
This Charter may be amended by executive leadership as operational requirements evolve.
All amendments shall be communicated to active members and incorporated into standing Company doctrine.
