History

In 2946, a few months after the Attack on Vega during the Vanduul War. Corporation founder Roger “Jenny” Whitaker started the corp., after finding an unsigned contract in the cargo hold of a Freelancer he had rented and was late in returning.

The contract was for the retrieval, clean up, transport and disposal of military waste in from the aftermath of the attack.

Whitaker signed the contract and submitted it on a drunken whim. The response was immediate, UEE wanted him to start hauling waste immediately. Due to a scheduling ++conflict, he finally completed the first contract 3 weeks later.

Thanks to typical lazy government clerks, and poor oversight, Whitaker has been able to avoid bankruptcy for over 10 years by milking this UEE contract and has built this corp. into the ramshackle gong show that it is today.
