Article III: Membership

Article IV: Ranks and Structure
J’s Tactical Intergalactic Trading Services operates under a structured hierarchy to maintain order and efficiency.

Section 1: Leadership Council
- Composed of the Founders, key officers, and senior leaders. They oversee the strategic direction and major decisions for the corporation.

Section 2: Rank System
- Junior Members: – Titles: Associate Trader, Logistics Coordinator, Junior Trade Analyst, Commodity Specialist, Market Liaison, Operations Officer Trainee – Role: Assist in day-to-day operations, complete trade missions, and work under the supervision of senior officers.

- Senior Members: – Promote and manage teams, oversee logistics, and handle high-level negotiations and strategy.

- Officers and Commanders: – Lead divisions and sectors of the corporation, responsible for managing major contracts and partnerships.

Article V: Code of Conduct
1. Professionalism: All members must behave with respect and uphold the organization’s image.
2. Confidentiality: Members are required to protect the organization’s internal information and trade secrets.
3. No Exploitation: Members may not exploit other members or business partners for personal gain at the expense of the corporation.

Article VII: Amendments This charter may be amended by a majority vote of the Leadership Council or through a full membership vote in exceptional circumstances. All members will be notified of any changes and expected to comply with revised policies.
