Where others fought for glory, the Jomsvikings fought as one, and that made them unstoppable.

Manifesto
We are not here to drift.
In a universe filled with opportunists, lone pilots, and fractured groups chasing short term gain, we choose a different path. We choose structure. We choose discipline. We choose the strength of unity over the weakness of ego.
The Jomsvikings are not built on convenience or fleeting alliances. We are bound by oath, and that oath carries weight. It demands that we stand together, even when it is difficult. Especially when it is difficult.
We do not require friendship.
We require respect.
You may not agree with every warrior beside you. You may not choose them. But when the moment comes, you will stand with them, fight with them, and hold the line with them. That is what separates us from the rest.
We reject chaos within our ranks. Conflict will come, but it will be faced with control, not emotion. Problems are resolved, not fueled. Division is corrected, not allowed to spread.
Because we understand a simple truth
A warband that fights itself is already defeated.

Charter
The Jomsvikings are bound not by convenience, but by oath. Every member who carries our name is expected to uphold the standards that keep the warband strong, unified, and respected.
1. The Warband Comes First
All actions should strengthen the group. Ego, pride, and personal disputes must never come before the unity of the warband.
2. Respect Over Preference
You are not required to like every member. You are required to respect them and fight beside them when it matters.
3. No Internal Conflict
Public arguments, insults, and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. Disputes must be handled with control and resolved through proper channels.
4. Discipline in Action
During operations, members are expected to follow leadership, maintain clear communication, and act with coordination. Disorder weakens everyone.
5. Represent the Warband Well
Your actions reflect on the entire organization. Conduct yourself with respect both within and outside the group.
6. Strength Through Unity
Support your fellow members. Share knowledge, assist where needed, and contribute to the growth of the warband as a whole.
7. Leadership is Earned and Accountable
Those in positions of authority are expected to lead with fairness, discipline, and responsibility. Abuse of power will not be tolerated.
8. Resolve, Do Not Escalate
Conflict will happen. It must be handled constructively, not emotionally. Division is corrected, not allowed to spread.
To stand among the Jomsvikings is to accept the weight of the oath. These rules are not restrictions, they are the foundation that allows the warband to endure.
