Motto: “Play your way. Hunt as a Pack.”
“Out here, you can fly alone — but you do not have to stand alone.”
The Kelz Hounds are an independent Star Citizen organization built for players who want freedom, purpose, and a Pack that actually shows up.
Founded by Kelendros in 2948, the Hounds began as a small group of operators looking for something better than dead rosters, empty promises, and command structures that forgot people were here to play a game. What grew from that was a flexible org with two clear paths: the Free Fleet for independent players, and the Pack for those who want structured operations, training, and coordinated action.
The Kelz Hounds are not a hard milsim. They are not a lawless zerg. They are a play-your-way org with enough teeth to organize when the mission demands it.
Some Hounds mine.
Some haul.
Some salvage.
Some trade.
Some fight.
Some train.
Some scout.
Some build the economy.
Some answer the call when the Pack goes loud.
Free Fleet members can run their own game, join events, support operations, and stay independent without being buried in command structure. The Pack forms the organized core of the org, built around Fleet, Marine Security Force, Air Wing, Ground Forces, and Logistics.
When comms are open, the Hounds laugh, joke, and fly loose.
When the channel flips TAC, the Pack locks in.
StarCom keeps the comms sharp.
The Guild Bank, UEX, and player trading side keep resources moving.
Logistics keeps the machine alive.
Fleet brings the guns.
MSF secures the decks.
Air Wing owns the sky.
Ground Forces put boots where they hurt.
The Kelz Hounds value loyalty, contribution, and capability over ego. Rank is earned through trust, participation, training, and reliability — from Kit to Hound, Wolf, Direwolf, Worg, and Lycan.
They are not here to tell every player how to fly.
They are here to make sure that when the beacon goes red, nobody has to answer it alone.

The Hounds’ Way
Play your way.
Respect the Pack.
Keep comms clean when TAC starts.
Help new players learn.
Bring something to the table.
Do not be the reason the op burns down.
The verse is vast, dangerous, broken, and full of opportunity.
The Kelz Hounds are still hungry.
✹ KELZ HOUNDS MANIFESTO ✹
“Play your way. Hunt as a Pack.”
We are not a milsim.
We are not a zerg.
We are not another dead Discord with a logo.
We are Kelz Hounds.
Founded in 2948 by Kelendros, the Hounds were built for players who wanted more than a roster slot. We wanted freedom without chaos. Structure without suffocation. A place where a lone hauler, a miner, a fighter pilot, a marine, a salvager, a trader, and a logistics rat could all run their own game — and still know the Pack was there when the beacon went red.
We fly the edge of the verse because that’s where the stories are.
Not every Hound wears the same collar.
Some run solo.
Some chase profit.
Some train for combat.
Some build the economy.
Some answer the call when the Pack goes loud.
That is the point.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
No Hound should be forced into one playstyle.
No new player should be left behind because they do not know the game yet.
No operation should fall apart because nobody trained, planned, or listened.
No comms channel should be so serious we forget to laugh.
No TAC channel should be so loose that people die confused.
No one flies alone unless they choose to.
You want total freedom? Run with the Free Fleet.
You want structure, training, coordinated operations, and the sound of a Pack moving as one? Step into the Pack.
You want both? Good. That is why we built this.
WE MINE.
WE HAUL.
WE SALVAGE.
WE TRADE.
WE SCOUT.
WE FIGHT.
WE TRAIN.
WE GET PAID.
Cargo, ore, salvage, contracts, crafted gear, blueprints, Wikelo hauls, battlefield recoveries, fleet ops, ground actions, air cover, and whatever else the verse coughs up.
Clean work pays.
Dirty work tells better stories.
We are not here to tell you how to enjoy the game every second you are logged in.
But when the call goes out, when the channel flips TAC, when the CnC starts moving pieces and the Pack hits the field, we lock in.
Comms tighten.
Roles matter.
Orders move.
The Pack hunts.
Free Fleet gives you room to breathe.
The Pack gives you teeth.
StarCom keeps the channels sharp.
Logistics keeps the machine fed.
Fleet brings the guns.
MSF holds the decks.
Air Wing owns the sky.
Ground Forces put boots where they hurt.
The Guild Bank turns effort into momentum.
And through it all, the rule stays simple:
Play your way.
Respect the Pack.
Don’t be the reason the op burns down.
We are not a family by force.
We are not a corporation by paperwork.
We are not a military by cosplay.
We are a Pack by choice.
So check your mags, fuel your ships, load the cargo, scan the rocks, prep the med beds, and keep one ear on comms.
Somewhere out there, a beacon just lit up.
It might be profit.
It might be trouble.
It might be both.
Good.
Join the Hounds.
Play your way.
Hunt as a Pack.
⬢ KELZ HOUNDS ORG CHARTER ⬢
Founded: 2948 | Founder: Kelendros
Motto: “Play your way. Hunt as a Pack.”
Article I — Purpose
The Kelz Hounds are an independent Star Citizen organization built around freedom, training, coordinated operations, and community-first gameplay.
We are not a rigid milsim, but we do believe organized operations require discipline, clear comms, and reliable standards. Members may play casually, independently, or as part of structured Pack operations.
The Hounds operate across combat, logistics, salvage, mining, trade, ground action, air support, fleet coordination, and high-risk operations wherever opportunity calls.
Article II — Core Identity
The Kelz Hounds are built on two paths:
⫸ Free Fleet
The Free Fleet is for members who prefer independent play, casual participation, personal projects, trade, hauling, mining, exploration, or joining operations without being locked into a command structure.
Free Fleet members may:
Participate in org events.
Join Pack operations when invited or when slots are open.
Offer expertise, scouting, logistics, trade support, and advice.
Play at their own pace without mandatory training requirements.
Free Fleet members are not part of Pack command structure and do not lead Pack operations unless specifically assigned for that event.
⫸ The Pack
The Pack is the organized operational core of the Kelz Hounds.
The Pack conducts structured missions, tactical operations, training events, fleet actions, ground operations, logistics support, security work, and coordinated org objectives.
When the Pack is operating officially, comms discipline, role assignments, chain of command, and mission standards apply.
Article III — Authority Structure
⫸ Founder / Org Lead
Kelendros holds founding authority and final command authority for org direction, disputes, emergency decisions, and major structural changes.
The Founder may appoint officers, assign operational leads, approve doctrine, and resolve conflicts when command consensus fails.
⫸ Command
Command sets direction for the organization, maintains standards, plans operations, manages leadership roles, and ensures the Hounds keep moving forward.
Command is responsible for:
Org policy.
Mission planning.
Training standards.
DKP oversight.
Rank review.
Conflict resolution.
Long-term strategic direction.
Command should guide, not smother. The Hounds are built to let people play, not bury them in paperwork.
⫸ Branch Leads
Branch Leads manage specific operational areas under the Pack structure.
Current Pack branches:
Fleet
Marine Security Force
Air Wing
Ground Forces
Logistics
Marine Security Force operates under Fleet as the security arm for shipboard defense, boarding actions, escort security, and fleet protection.
⫸ StarCom
StarCom manages communications doctrine, radio procedures, DCS-SRS testing, comms discipline, channel planning, and tactical communication standards.
StarCom supports both casual and tactical communication systems.
⫸ Guild Bank / UEX / Player Trading
The economic side of the org manages shared resources, trade support, Guild Bank activity, UEX coordination, player-to-player trading, and org resource planning.
Article IV — Rank Structure
Kelz Hounds ranks, from lowest to highest:
Kit
Hound
Wolf
Direwolf
Worg
Lycan
Ranks represent trust, experience, contribution, leadership potential, and reliability within the org.
Ranks are not ego badges. They exist to help organize operations, identify responsibility, and recognize contribution.
Article V — Code of Conduct
The Kelz Hounds follow the Code of the Pack:
No real-world politics or religion in org spaces.
No theft from fellow Hounds.
No griefing fellow members.
No leaking sensitive org plans, locations, routes, or operations.
No cliques that isolate or push out new members.
Respect new players and help them learn.
Follow comms discipline during official operations.
Follow the assigned lead during Pack operations.
Play your way, but do not sabotage the way others play.
When TAC starts, the noise stops.
We are a community first. The game gives us ships. The Pack gives them purpose.
Article VI — Operations Scope
The Kelz Hounds may conduct:
Fleet operations.
Combat air patrol.
Ground combat.
Boarding actions.
Ship security.
Marine Security Force deployments.
Mining operations.
Salvage and reclamation.
Cargo hauling.
Trade runs.
UEX-supported market operations.
Org logistics.
Medical support.
Quick Reaction Force response.
Reconnaissance.
Wikelo farming and auctions.
Blueprint tracking and crafting support.
Training events.
High-risk freelance work.
Black-ops style operations when required.
Rules of engagement, payout terms, risk classification, and comms status should be announced before official operations begin.
Article VII — Comms Doctrine
Kelz Hounds communication status levels:
OPEN
Default casual comms. Normal conversation allowed.
REL
Relaxed operation in progress. Members must ask before joining. Comms may become tactical at any time.
TACTICAL / TAC
Strict operational comms only. Mission traffic has priority. Side chatter stops.
REL TAC
Relaxed tactical-ready channel. Casual enough to breathe, serious enough to snap into order.
Radio format during tactical operations:
Receiver → Sender → Message
Example:
Iron Fang 12, BlackPaw 11, bandits 12 o’clock high.
If only two people are in the channel, sender and receiver IDs may be dropped when context is clear.
Kelz Hounds terminology note:
“Fire” may be used for weapon firing.
“Ablaze” is used when a ship or asset is physically on fire.
Article VIII — DKP and Org Economy
The Kelz Hounds use DKP as an internal productivity and contribution system.
DKP represents earned contribution to the org through:
Org operations.
Training events.
Quests and missions.
Logistics support.
Resource gathering.
Other approved org activity.
DKP may be used to:
Buy org items.
Buy org-crafted items such as weapons, ship components, and blueprints.
Trade in for aUEC when available.
Participate in org auctions, including Wikelo ships or special assets.
DKP is not used to punish members.
DKP is not used to buy org services such as escorts, logistics, recovery, training, org ships, or operational support.
Members may trade DKP peer-to-peer, but trading cannot bypass weekly caps or org policy.
Article IX — Promotion
Promotion is based on:
Participation.
Reliability.
Contribution.
Training progress.
Leadership ability.
Comms discipline.
Trust.
Ability to help other Hounds.
Promotion from Kit upward is reviewed by leadership and based on demonstrated value to the org.
Higher ranks are expected to set the tone, not just wear the title.
Article X — Operations Conduct
During official operations, members are expected to:
Join the correct voice channel.
Follow the operation lead.
Use assigned callsigns or squad IDs when required.
Respect comms status.
Stay within assigned roles unless redirected.
Report mission-critical information clearly.
Avoid freelancing when it risks the mission.
Support downed or stranded Hounds when possible.
No Hound gets left behind unless command says the math is ugly and the door is closing.
Article XI — Disputes and Discipline
Problems should be handled directly, calmly, and at the lowest level possible.
If the issue cannot be resolved, it may be brought to Command.
Discipline may include:
Verbal correction.
Warning.
Removal from an operation.
Temporary restriction from events.
Rank review.
Removal from the org.
The old “airlock” remains a joke, not an HR policy.
Final judgment rests with the Founder or designated Command authority.
Article XII — Succession and Continuity
If the Founder is absent, unavailable, or steps down, designated Command may maintain org continuity.
If no successor has been named, Command may appoint an interim lead by consensus until a permanent decision is made.
The Kelz Hounds should survive any one person. The Pack keeps hunting.
Article XIII — Closing Statement
The Kelz Hounds exist for players who want freedom without chaos, structure without suffocation, and a Pack that can laugh in open comms one minute and lock down into TAC the next.
We are not here to be the biggest org.
We are here to be the one people remember.
