Terms of Office:
Founding members hold permanent positions. All other roles last for 365 days or until replacement, subject to a majority board vote.

Meeting Schedule:

Rules of Order:

Main Motions: Propose items for consideration. Cannot be made when any other motion is on the floor. Subsidiary Motions: Affect how a main motion is handled, voted on before a main motion. Privileged Motions: Bring up urgent, important matters unrelated to pending business. Incidental Motions: Question procedures concerning other motions, must be considered before other motions. Motions Presentation: Obtain the floor, make your motion affirmatively, wait for a second, the chairman states your motion, expand on your motion, put the question to the membership. Voting Methods: Voice, Roll Call, General Consent, Division, Ballot. Additional Motions: Motion to Table and Motion to Postpone Indefinitely. Guidelines: Allow motions in order, proper floor obtaining, clear and concise speech, obey debate rules.

Amendments:
Amendments require a majority decision. Founding members have veto power for any amendment.
