PRIVATEER CHARTER & OPERATIONAL TERMS

The Kinetic Kill Crew accepts privateer contracts, security deployments, and industrial operations across civilized and uncharted space. Every mission is evaluated by risk, distance, opposition, and the resources required to secure the objective.
EQUAL SHARE POLICY
All contract payouts, bounties, and liberated cargo are split equally among participating crew members.
Every role is valued equally, from frontline combat pilots to industrial miners, haulers, and base operators.
PAYMENT TERMS
50% deposit required prior to fleet deployment.
The remaining balance is due immediately upon contract completion.
Failure to pay constitutes a breach of contract. The Kinetic Kill Crew reserves the right to recover outstanding debts through commercially reasonable privateer action.
Our definition of commercially reasonable is deliberately broad.
CONTRACT CONDITIONS
The Kinetic Kill Crew reserves the right to decline any contract that:
Offers insufficient compensation for the operational risk.
Demands the surrender of our operational independence.
Is, in the professional judgment of the Crew, a terrible idea.
