History Manifesto Charter

History

Knightbringer Mining was born from tragedy, perseverance, and a simple determination to survive.

Jack Knightbringer and his wife made their living mining the asteroids of the Arron Halo in the Stanton system. Their operation was small, but it provided enough income to support their family and raise their daughter, Kira. The work was dangerous, but the Knightbringers knew the risks that came with life beyond the settled worlds.

Everything changed during a mining run in the Arron Halo when their ship was attacked by pirates. Jack survived the assault, but his wife was killed. In the aftermath, Jack was left to raise Kira alone and find a way to keep their family afloat.

Father and daughter eventually returned to the work they knew. Together, Jack and Kira began operating as small-time miners throughout the Stanton, Pyro, and Nyx systems. They took whatever jobs and mining opportunities they could find, traveling from one claim to another and scraping a living out of the rock. Their operation was modest, their margins were thin, and every successful haul mattered.

Years of hard work finally gave them the opportunity to take the next step.

In 2954, Jack and Kira pooled their savings and purchased an ARGO Mole, giving the family a larger and more capable mining platform. With the acquisition of the Mole, they officially established Knightbringer Mining.

What began as a grieving father and daughter trying to survive became a legitimate family mining operation. Knightbringer Mining remained independent and deliberately small, built around the principles Jack had learned the hard way: work hard, watch your back, take care of your crew, and never forget where you came from.

Today, Knightbringer Mining is headquartered in New Babbage on MicroTech, where Jack and Kira maintain their home base between mining operations. From there, the company continues to venture beyond the safer routes of the Stanton system and into the wider frontier, including Pyro and Nyx.

Knightbringer Mining may have started with one family trying to pick up the pieces, but the company has become something more: a lasting legacy built from the determination of a father and daughter who refused to let tragedy decide how their story ended.

Every person who climbs aboard a Knightbringer vessel is more than a name on a payroll manifest. They are part of the crew, and the crew looks after its own.

There is a reason this principle is carved deeper into Knightbringer Mining than any corporate policy ever could be.

The name of this organization shall be:

The company may conduct lawful mining operations, transportation, resource processing, surveying, prospecting, and related commercial activities throughout the United Empire of Earth and other jurisdictions in which it is lawfully permitted to operate.

ANTI-PIRACY PROVISION

Piracy is expressly prohibited under the authority of this Charter.

  • Extort payment through threats.
