1. Purpose. To issue general policies, procedures, and operating instructions for the Kommissar’s Nautical Organization of Thievery (KNOT). This instruction is a complete revision and should be reviewed in its entirety.

2. Cancellation. AKFOXKNOTINST 13370.9C.

3. Policy. In support of the mandate to become a part of, remain inside, and take the KNOT to heart. Because of the KNOT’s political and military importance, its destructive power, and the potential consequences of an accidental or unauthorized act, several key guidelines and provisions will be further outlined within the confines of this instruction.

4. Objective. The KNOT’s main objective is to ensure that all systems and equipment that correlate to the execution of our glorious mission are designed, maintained, transported, stored, and employed to maximize safety, security, reliability, and fun consistent with operational requirements. The KNOT recognizes that special care and considerations must be taken for blank flanks, prior to initiation into such a delicate area of expertise. The KNOT understands that certain incentives must be put in place to ensure the continued servitude and survival of our Comrades. In order to achieve this, the KNOT has employed a system of standards so high, they’re double, and awarding correctional custody and punitive measures to those that are not in line with our objectives and ideals. The KNOT loves you and just wants you to have fun.

5. Application and Scope. This instruction applies to any and all parties under the jurisdiction of the Foxy KNOT Pirates. This instruction shall be used as seen fit, in order to provide direct support to those specific activities and programs required for the acquisition of cutie marks. The Nuclear Undersea Muffin Button’s (NUMB) command, control, and responsibilities remain in accordance with the Admiral Kommissar’s or acting captain’s requirements.

6. Official Motto. All Comrades are required to know and be able to recite our creed by heart. We grade for understanding.

7. Code of Conduct

(1) The Kommissar’s will is Law. Any person who:
violates or fails to obey any lawful general order or regulation, having knowledge of any other lawful order issued by a superior officer or designated leader, which it is his duty to obey, fails to obey the order, or is derelict in the performance of his duties, shall be punished as seen fit.

(2) It is the duty of every Comrade to abide by the Will of the Kommissar, to observe the laws, to maintain labor discipline, honestly to perform public duties, and to respect the rules of stealing and sucking things. It is the duty of every Comrade to safeguard and strengthen public property as the sacred and inviolable foundation of the Foxy KNOT Pirate’s system, as the source of the wealth and might of the country, as the source of the prosperous and cultured life of all the working people. Citizens committing offenses against public property are enemies of all Comrades. Universal military service is Law. Military service in the KNOT is an honorable duty. To defend the Kommissar is the sacred duty of every Comrade. Treason to the country, violation of the oath, desertion to the enemy, impairing the military power of the Kommissar, espionage is punishable with all the severity of the law as the most heinous of crimes.

(3) Be Fabulous. Be Foxy. Be KNOTty.

(4) A Comrade is a citizen who enjoys the protection of the Foxy KNOT Pirates and who in consequence has specific obligations to uphold. The status of the Comrade is acquired in accordance with the provisions of the Kommissar and her Foxy Comrade Law. A Comrade proves by his conduct that he is willing and fit to faithfully serve the Kommissar and the Foxy KNOT Pirates.

(5) Would you kindly report any signs of mutiny to your nearest superior officer, you monster?

(6) I serve to guard my Kommissar and her way of life. I am prepared to give my life in her defense. I will never surrender of my own free will. If in command, I will never surrender my men. If I am captured, I will continue to resist; I will accept neither parole of special favors from the enemy.

(7) All hail Derpy! Lick her shining Hooves. Stroke her Iron Sides. Worship Dat Ass. She alone holds the drill that will pierce the heavens, the power to accidently the Universe.

8. Punishment. The Kommissar and his designated officials shall have the power to award any combination of punishments to those that are not in line with our objectives and ideals.

9. Enforcement. The aforementioned instructions shall be carried out in accordance with the Will of the Kommissar, is effective immediately, and is to remain in full effect for any and all parties under the jurisdiction of the Foxy KNOT Pirates, indefinitely.
