Article I: Name and Purpose

The name of this organization shall be Kyrakis Co, hereinafter referred to as “Kyrakis co” or “the company”
Section 2: Purpose
The purpose of Kyrakis Co is to lead in commodity trading, exploration, and resource management, driving innovation and sustainable growth while upholding the highest ethical standards.
Article II: Membership
Section 1: Eligibility
Membership in Kyrakis Co is open to individuals who share the Company’s vision and values, and who are committed to contributing to its mission.
Section 2: Application
Prospective members must submit an application, which will be reviewed by the Membership Committee. Acceptance is based on alignment with the Company’s values and potential to contribute to its goals.
Section 3: Rights and Responsibilities
Members have the right to participate in Company activities, access resources, and contribute to decision-making processes. Members are responsible for upholding the Company’s values and contributing positively to its mission.
