LOWAND is a highly specialised military organisation, founded in 2820, with a focus on resource gathering and mining in hostile locations. They are experts in using advanced technology to safely and efficiently extract resources from hostile environments.
History
In the year 2946, while the UEE (United Empire of Earth) look down on the newbies of their Universe, one man lead a group of rookie miners, against all odds into hostile territory, to mine an asteroid, that no one had dared to mine before. When they finally reached the asteroid, they discovered that it was guarded by space pirates.
The miners were outnumbered and outgunned, but they did not back down. They fought bravely and managed to drive the pirates away. They claimed the asteroid as their own and named it “The Rock”.
Since then, the miners have been known as the “LONELY WANDERS” and they have defended their asteroid against all who have dared to challenge them.
The LONELY WANDERS are a force to be reckoned with and they will not hesitate to defend their turf.
