History
LunarWorks began as the vision of a single pilot with a simple goal: to build a reliable organization founded on honesty, professionalism, and teamwork. Starting alone, every contract, cargo run, bounty, salvage operation, and rescue mission has been completed through determination and a commitment to earning a reputation the right way.
While the organization is currently a one-person operation, every mission is another step toward a larger future. The long-term goal is to grow into a trusted community of skilled pilots who value cooperation, respect, and helping one another succeed throughout the ‘verse.
Every great organization starts somewhere—this is just the beginning.
Manifesto
LunarWorks was founded on the belief that a reputation is earned, not claimed. Every contract completed, every pilot assisted, and every challenge overcome reflects the standards we set for ourselves.
We believe in honest work, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement. Whether hauling cargo, supporting fleets, salvaging wrecks, refueling ships, or exploring the unknown, every mission deserves professionalism and commitment.

Charter
This Charter establishes the principles, purpose, and standards of LunarWorks. It exists to guide every decision, every operation, and every member who chooses to represent the organization. Our reputation is our greatest asset, and it will be built through integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
Article I – Mission
LunarWorks exists to provide dependable services throughout the ‘verse while building a respected community of skilled and trustworthy pilots. We strive to excel in logistics, industrial operations, security, exploration, and support through disciplined planning and continuous improvement.
Article II – Core Values
Every member of LunarWorks is expected to uphold these values:
Integrity – Honor every agreement and conduct business honestly.
Professionalism – Treat every mission with preparation and discipline.
Respect – Value every member, ally, client, and opponent.
Reliability – Be someone others can depend on.

Article III – Membership
Membership in LunarWorks is earned through commitment to these values.
Members are expected to:

Article IV – Leadership
LunarWorks is led by its Founder, who is responsible for the organization’s direction, standards, and long-term vision.
Leadership shall:

As LunarWorks grows, additional leadership positions may be established to support its continued development.

Article VI – Code of Conduct
Every member shall:

Avoid harassment, discrimination, and toxic behavior.
Communicate clearly and honestly.
Protect the reputation of LunarWorks.
Accept responsibility for their actions.
Place teamwork above personal gain during organization activities.
Failure to uphold these standards may result in disciplinary action or removal from the organization.

Our vision is to become a respected name throughout the ‘verse—not because we are the largest or the wealthiest, but because we are dependable, capable, and united by shared purpose.
