We believe that every Captain, whether they wear a black or white hat, is ultimately unified in realizing their own self-interest. To this end, The Wolf’s Head is established as a neutral organization that can leverage its relationships to create equitable and profitable end-results for all parties involved, regardless of their individual motives.

The Wolf’s Head was formed to allow us the ability to pursue objectives greater than any single Captain can accomplish alone. To this end our simple Covenant is as follows:

*Any non-sanctioned aggressing of other members of The Wolf’s Head who are in good standing while undertaking a sanctioned operation is prohibited.* (Captains will be warned once, and if the behavior persists, said Captain will be dismissed – just don’t be a dick to your fellow Captains)
