Lycan Interstellar believes that all members play a huge role in the organization. We value our members and wish to bring a comfortable environment to the players within. Veteran or Beginner, we want to build people to their best through training, aid, or fun. We not only apply this to the PVE Section of the game, But also the RP section as well. Not everyone plays the same. Regardless those who join are considered part of the family. following with that is, they respect our rules and regulations to maintain this environment we strive for. Once apart of LYCN. They are each given a role that will pertain to their strengths and work together as a team to build on their weaknesses. The circle goes round, and like dominos to another. Work together to support the organization as a whole.

INFORMATION REQUIREMENT
MANDATORY

If planning on joining the Lycan Interstellar. There are certain rules and guild lines you must follow to maintain.
Though we are not a serious group and don’t push people to play the game in a hardcore way to maintain with mandatory roll calls and times set of play time before removal to a strict standard. We still take our place here seriously and do enforce strict check on behavior. People join the LYCN to be away from the MASSIVE groups and to surround themselves with a likable friendly environment. They join to learn and to thrive within the game. Making their playtime and experience a less stressful one. To join, the rules and regulations are as followed.

RULE 1
No Hazing, Grieving, Bullying, or Harassment of any kind.

RULE 2
Respect those within. Not everyone plays the same. Not everyone has to. Respect your team members and there way of playtime and they will respect yours.

RULE 3
Though we promote making friends. Personal lives are a delicate topic. Minimal details will not only keep you safe, but it will keep a positive environment. Most do not want to feel stressed here. Some come here to get away from stress. Piling your stress onto others will not be taken lightly. This includes Political views, Religion, and Depression. Be mindful to others.

RULE 4
There will be absolutely no discrimination here. Gender, Race, Views, Likes or Dislikes. It does not matter! Everyone here will be treated equally, with respect or you will have no place within the LYCN. This is the first and only Warning.

RULE 5
Have fun, it’s still just a game! A Positive environment is a happy environment. Negative attitudes bring toxic behavior, fights, and possible conflict. If you are not having fun or are enraged by the outcome of what happens in game. It is key to take a break and not allow Raging to direct your flow onto others. It’s okay to get frustrated. It’s not okay to have it directed onto others over something that is just a game. Communication and coordination will help prevent these incidents and breaks during sessions will help keep a calm mind.

Following all these Rules will allow you a place within the organization. It’s all pretty much basic common sense and easy to follow for just FIVE rules. However, those who choose to ignore these rules will either be counseled for correction or removed from the organization. depending on the choice of misbehavior. We hope you understand these terms and do your best to bring this Organization up to the best it can be.
