Employee Rights and Obligations:
- Right to Work and the Privilege of Reclamation: Every employee has the right to engage in assigned salvage tasks under the ownership and guidance of LYNX Corp. Any materials collected, even beyond the designated mission objectives, remain property of LYNX unless authorized for personal possession by a Senior Salvage Director.
- Safety Protocols and Risk Acknowledgment: Due to the inherently dangerous nature of salvaging, employees must adhere to LYNX-mandated safety protocols. LYNX Corporation is not liable for injuries incurred due to non-compliance or unauthorized modifications of issued equipment.
- Resource Allotment and Basic Provisions: Employees are provided with a base oxygen allocation and standard EVA suit equipment per mission. Additional oxygen or enhanced tools are available for lease and deducted from your payroll. Excessive oxygen use fees apply to all personnel.
- Loyalty Clause and Non-Disclosure Agreement: Loyalty to LYNX is non-negotiable. Sharing LYNX proprietary technology, extraction methods, or any trade secrets is considered a breach of contract and may lead to termination or reassignment to lower-priority salvage.
