History
This organization is the brain child of two every similar yet very different people. One who is blunt (slightly demented) and to the point with no regards for anyone’s feelings or views, and to whom the only thing that counts is the end result. The other (also somewhat demented) kind and tactful about others and their disposition. Both care about protecting those who don’t wish to fight. They are both masters of tactics and strategy, and after years of successful collaborations and numerous different successful situations, they have decided to reach out to a like-minded community. To help further champion their goals and values of being a sword and shield to the weak and defenseless, or a helping hand to those that are down on there luck and need a friend. As for the future and what it holds, only time will tell.

First and foremost we are a Private Military Organization But that does not mean we obey those with the deepest pockets. We only take the contracts that we agree with. We will put our lives on the line so that others may live in peace and prosperity. We do not tolerate acts of piracy, war, or crime, and we will attempt to settle all matters with diplomatic negotiation first and only take hostile actions when needed.

Charter
1. Respect all members and especially your superiors.
2. If you have a problem with someone try to sort it out between you, if you can’t do it peacefully take it to a superior first.
3. No killing of org members is permitted without Founder or officer approval.
4. No leaking of org info to non members.
5. Unless fired upon, or approval is given by officers or higher, no killing of anything besides outlaws/pirates, vanduul, or members/orgs that are officially deemed hostile, is to be permitted.
6. All orgs unless deemed hostile by MAGE are to be dealt with respect. (build bridges don’t burn them).
7. Any reports of extortion by clients will be dealt with swiftly and SEVERELY.
7. (Article 1) Any reports of abandonment on mission will be punished to the full extent of the founders/officers authority including the full providence of reparations for any damages or losses of the client as well as the full earn-able fee of the contract to the org out of the offenders pocket.
