We are the Marco Polo of our era, to inspire exploration and discovery of new lands. Create trade routes and establish treaties with new species in order for the exchange of goods. Blaze new trails to the unknown and become one of our pathfinders to undiscovered resources.
History
An organization formed from the remnants of the past. A small group of Carl Sagan’s students had gotten together to reform the society called the Order of The Dolphin.
This new generation of visionaries sought to keep Carl Sagan’s excitement and passion for the Cosmos alive. They believe as he did that human destiny was to reach the stars and beyond. Following the footsteps of those who sought out enlightenment and creativity. A place of refuge from persecution of one’s freedom.
You will not find tyrants and mistreatment here. This organization is a sanctuary for all those wanting a place to call home. Focusing our energy on discovery and the exploration of new worlds rich in resources. Helping each other, even those outside the organization is our creed, but not at the expense of any one member, ever.
Manifesto
Our mission is to travel, explore, and find resources that will continue to fuel our destiny to discover what is beyond the next horizon.
We prefer to make a friend than an enemy, planting the seeds for establishing trade with others. We are not looking for a quick gain at another’s expense.
Our main source of revenue is our trade agreements, resources sales, transportation of goods, and the selling of locations for resources and goods that we cannot collect ourselves.
Charter
We are a star faring organization. We help our members, and also other citizens when within our ability to do so.
We have the right to defend ourselves, each other, and will take to violence when no other options are available. We treat others how we wish to be treated. We believe in loyalty, honor, integrity, and respect.
All funds the organization aquire is strictly donated by the members as they are able. No one is forced or persuaded. These funds will sit until needed by members. As such, if no funds are available, then the kindness of individual members are encouraged. Sharing information amongst each other is also encouraged.
All that we do within the organization is geared towards individual creativity and freedom. We provide a place where all members can share ideas and possibilities, working together to help each other meet individual goals.
