Independent. Multi-role. Questionably supervised.
MGS Dynamics is a casual multi-role organization operating across combat, industry, logistics, medical, recovery, and everything in between.
We Don’t Fix Problems — We Redefine Them.
Mochi Gremlin Solutions — MGS Dynamics
MGS Dynamics was founded on a simple realization:
There is rarely only one way to solve a problem.
What began as a small collection of pilots, contractors, and professional troublemakers grew into an independent organization capable of operating across nearly every corner of civilized — and occasionally less civilized — space.
We haul cargo.
We mine resources.
We recover assets.
We provide security.
We hunt targets.
We salvage what’s left.
We rescue those who need it.
And when conventional solutions fail, we improvise.
MGS Dynamics has no interest in restricting itself to a single profession. The Verse is unpredictable, and specialization only gets you so far. Our crews, ships, and operations are built around adaptability: bringing whatever equipment, manpower, or questionable idea is necessary to accomplish the objective.
Some call it versatility.
We call it Gremlin Engineering.

ORGANIZATION BEFORE EGO
No single ship, role, or player makes MGS successful.
A fighter pilot matters.
A turret gunner matters.
A cargo operator matters.
A medic matters.
The person flying the enormous industrial brick full of supplies absolutely matters.
MGS is built around combined operations where different ships and specialties support one another.
You don’t need the biggest ship.
You don’t need the highest kill count.
You need to contribute.
THE GREMLIN STANDARD
We take the objective seriously.
Ourselves?
Considerably less so.
Competence and stupidity are not mutually exclusive.
MGS Dynamics is a casual organization.
Trash talk, jokes, mistakes, friendly competition, and general gremlin behavior are expected.
Harassment, genuine hostility, discrimination, or deliberately making the game miserable for other members is not.
Know the difference.
Star Citizen is a game.
There are no mandatory attendance requirements for normal operations, and nobody is expected to organize their real life around the org.
Show up when you can.
Disappear when you need to.
We’ll probably still be doing something stupid when you get back.
Members are not locked into specific careers.
Combat pilots can mine.
Miners can run cargo.
Cargo pilots can man turrets.
Medics can commit violence.
Try things.
Learn things.
Become concerningly competent at several unrelated professions.
Casual does not mean incapable.
When participating in coordinated fleet operations, members are expected to follow the operation lead, communicate clearly, and perform their assigned role.
There is a time for gremlin behavior.
There is also a time to stop launching PTVs out of the cargo bay.
Usually.
Knowledge should be shared.
Help new members learn the game.
Help crew ships.
Recover stranded players.
Bring supplies when somebody needs them.
If another Gremlin gets themselves into an absurd situation, retrieval is encouraged.
Mockery during retrieval is also encouraged.
MGS Dynamics does not require members to treat the organization like a second job.
Affiliations with other organizations are acceptable unless they create a direct conflict of interest with MGS operations.
When operating under the MGS banner, represent the organization accordingly.
Making credits is useful.
Building fleets is useful.
Unlocking gear is useful.
But the objective is ultimately to create the kind of sessions we’re still talking about months later.
If the mission succeeds, excellent.
If the mission fails catastrophically but everyone had a great time?
That’s still valuable data.
The problem has been redefined.
