History
Members Corporation was founded in 2950 and developed as founding members were shunned by other organizations for wanting to return to the founding ideals of gameplay, that all players should be treated equally. We all play games for various reasons, to have fun, to escape reality, or to make new friends. Please join us if you want to join an environment where you can have fun and work on social, decision-making, and problem-solving skills while satiating your curiosity and learning about the verse.
Manifesto
Members Corporation is for anyone looking for a gaming experience like no other. No confusing command structure. No ridiculous requirements. Do what you want with your friends in a gaming environment that doesn’t judge you on your race religion or creed. We are here to do three things. Make Money, Memories, and have fun doing it.
Charter
1. Have Fun above all else!
2. Disagreements WILL happen. Heated arguments will not be tolerated in a public hangout room. Take it to a private room, please.
3. There can be no lewd, rude, or socially unacceptable activity by any member. Any form of racism or sexual harassment will NOT be allowed to continue. Action will be taken on a case by case basis.
4. Members’ Corporation spoken and written language will be English.
5. Blocking of or Muting of Staff members is not permitted.
6. Members Corporation members are asked to be mindful of their responsibility towards each other and try to stay on subject wherever possible. The Main Lobbies are to be used as meet and greets or general conversations. Any organized activities will take place in one of the designated rooms created for group activities.
7. There is a ZERO tolerance policy for any of the following materials in ANY channel on the Members’ Corporation Discord, Spectrum or RSI forums: pornographic, racially motivated, abuse of children, animals or spacecraft.
8. Trolls and bogus accounts will be removed immediately. Auto-moderation is enabled on all channels. In the event that one of those moderators bans a current member, the Board will take over and work with the member to understand the circumstances of the ban and remediate as necessary.
9. No advertising of services or events will be permitted without prior clearance.
10. As members of our/your organization, it is your individual responsibility to report any suggestions you may have for changes or new ventures you may be interested in pursuing, any ideas on fun things to do, as well as any infringements of our rules.
