Our Goal: To move forward in sustaining a society in modern space, to oppress degenerates worldwide, whilst purging any heresy against us, to create a sovereign nationalist state for our brothers (AND Sisters, remember the patriarchy only oppresses SJWs), to push boundaries of engineering, and to provide the best services in order to fuel our ambitions.

Structure: There are six bodies of government in our finished society, the Ruling, Military, Civilian, Trade/Diplomacy, and the Ministry of Propaganda. Each of these branches has different jobs to do but all are vitally important to us.

The Government: Our Governing branch is ruled by our Great Fuhrer, and the Head Of State is his assistant. Being in this branch is no easy job, and this branch’s sovereign ruling must be enforced. The government branch will have it’s own elite private army that will be able to take over the military branch in the case of betrayal.

SS: As it’s not a branch of it’s own, this army’s agent’s will be the secret police of the nation, and will be able to directly enforce the fuhrer’s law if need be even if against UEE rules and regulations.

Free Speech: You are allowed to propose other forms of government, and you are allowed to have free speech, as long as it doesn’t cause factional disunity (divide and conquer) if you want changes please speak in a formal court hearing with government officials present.

Military: The Military is responsible to keep our lands safe, to escort trade convoys, and to expand our empire. The military will have a separate leader, but listen to the Führer and head of state above all else.

Civilian: Not into military fighting? Well, there are plenty of jobs for you in the UGP. Civilians hold vitally important jobs. We value their jobs the most as they keep us running and one step ahead of all those who oppose us. Some of these jobs, such as mining, engineering, and resource supply make up the structural foundation of the UGP. Civilians are protected by the military and are held in one of the highest levels of importance to military officials. If you are a civilian and are being abused by military officer, please make reports to the Propaganda Ministry as soon as possible.

Trade And Diplomacy: This branch works with the Führer in order to meet peacefully with other states and to help expand our growing relations with other organizations. This branch also manages trade, and logistics (resource distribution).

Propaganda Ministry: This branch manages our branding (GRAPHICAL DESIGNERS, WE NEED YOU), our relevance, and it helps recruit and train people as well as fit them to their right branches. People with interest in being a training officer should have excellent skills or experience as either a fighter pilot, Star Marine, or other useful skills that may be helpful to the UGP. You must also be patient and know how to teach. (A mic would be nice in this field of work).

Reasons you may be denied acceptance: If you have minimal or no skills that pertain to any useful jobs at the UGP, have a tumblr account for reasons other than pr0n, or believe we are too offensive. (Being female isn’t one of the reasons to be denied, being an SJW is, we accept any females and review their applications the same as any males) Star Citizen supports freedom of all kinds, freedom of speech is one of these. We’d like to support them in that matter

Why the edgyness?
To ward off any sensitive people, we don’t want those.

Freedom of speech? Fascist ? Those don’t match.
Yes they do. We are fascist the way we govern ourselbes, but not in that does not mean we don’t appreciate freedom. The things that likely won’t change are the way we govern and brand ourselves, our views, and high ranking officials. If you try to change those, you are likely trying to cause factional disunity, which may or may not get you removed from the organization (depending on the circumstances) and is frowned upon.

What’s the difference of causing factional disunity and exercising your right to speech
If person A joins the faction, and tells person B something against the government, or tries to get you to rebel against us, that is causing factional disunity. But, if person A tells someone in their direct government the changes he wants made, or if he says something otherwise offensive, that is exercising your right to freedom of speech and is smiled upon by all in the UGP.

Rules for conduct within the organization

1. Respect the government, it is your salvation, your duty, and your sovereignty
2. If you are assigned to a specific branch, on your free time you are allowed to explore the game in different ways. So yeah, you can play the game. YOU bought it. This also means that you can freelance even though you’re a miner in the UGP, fight even though you’re a cargo transporter, anything. But when the UGP needs you, you must comply to do your specific task
3. Respect other faction members and their property (ie. Don’t shoot down friendly ships, destroy player bases, raid their shops etc.)
4. We like freedom of speech, (almost enforce it) and it’s a two way street, so you can offend players, and you can get offended, as long as you’re not causing factional disunity. (so yes, you can insult the chancellor, even deface the fuhrer, but not in a way that might split the organization in two) This also means you can be christian, muslim, buddhist, atheist, agnostic, etc. No one cares. Just don’t try to enforce your beliefs onto others. If you don’t comply the appropriate consequences will be enforced
