History Manifesto Charter

History

The merchant marines as an organization was created in an attempt to bring stability safety and security to all. They were often deployed to assist the UEE in the safe transportation and arrival of crucial supplies to many a war torn world during the more turbulent times of the discovery of the Vanduul species and the subsequent wars and piracy that raked the empire during this time.

Designed and named after the United States Merchant Marines which were responsible for the safety and well being of the merchant vessels transporting goods and equipment to allied forces during world war 2.

Manifesto

We are an organization specialized in providing fast professional and above all else reliable security from the civilian sector to the militarized

Whether your looking for a bit of extra muscle for a ground operation or the reassurance of having your cargo freighter covered in the black you can rest easy knowing we’ve got your back

We have a strong code of ethics while we are a mercenary group we are not simply after the highest bidder, all contracts foreign or domestic must meet our strict requirements

  • We will not be used to target or harass our former employer
  • We will not engage civilian or unarmed targets except for interception duties, liberation wars or vessels transporting war material or other crucial supplies
  • Provided Contracts will not split our members to serve alongside any employers standing forces we maintain our autonomy
  • We reserve the right to deny or render void any contract that breaks these rules
  • Command of our vessels and assets will remain strictly under our control
  • We reserve the right to ignore orders or contracts that would directly contradict our rules of war or our code of conduct
  • Employers who fail to pay or to uphold their contractual duties will be met with a black list from further contracts and services continued issues or engaging, halting or disrupting marine forces extracting payment will result in a void of all former employer related protections and possible further actions against said employer

we the organization take no responsibility for the actions of our employees or employers in their various separate ventures. however if their actions violate our code and or rules, they may be subject to suitable punishment or repercussions. further more, when acting on their own employees must not and cannot claim any relation in task to the organization (this includes name dropping, uniform, etc.).

time of completion of any contract is totally dependent on the activity of members. For information on possible member activity one might consult a member in leadership position on regular activity hours for the organization.

Charter

By joining the merchant marines you swear these following morals and rules we live and train by.

I will uphold the standards expected of me at all times while in uniform.
Staying loyal to the UEE and our community we serve.

I will not partake in toxic behavior of any kind.
Doing my best to keep a level head and never engaging in verbal misconducts.
having a neutral standing with all organizations and members of our community.
never purposely insulting a organization or a member of the community.
following all rules and regulations to the best of my knowledge.

I will enter combat prepared physically and mentally.
Giving my best to set the standards for our community.
I will become better then the standard.
honoring my uniform and the men and women who wore it before me.
Fighting not for my own honor, but for the Marines who fight alongside me.
Fighting my hardest at all times, for I wear the armor of the Marines.

I will maintain our legacy.
