Starting with only a small million credit loan from his father, he has built Messier Galactic on the ideals of age old comet hunter Charles Messier who’s ideology resonates through the company to this very day. He is very much a self made man, who’s vast intellect allows him to shoot for the stars, and get them for everything they are worth.Moving forwards into the future Messier Galactic will be sure to retain positive relations with as many money making ventures as possible, gaining access to exclusive information, and dedicated military forces, as well as the fastest most reliable transportation services available.
Messier Galactic Solutions™ relies on the support of military factions, and as such maintains positive relations with a large variety of PMC’s and even certain confidential contractors. We pride ourselves on maintaining discretion and security for all employees, be they internal employees, external contractors, or members of an affiliate. As the nature of our business is highly confidential employees must undergo certain grace periods in which they are hired on as external contractors, all to limit the liability they pose to the company.
All employees are granted the same rights regardless of position within the company, as such higher ranking employees will gain certain supports on a seniority bases, followed by first come first serve. Messier Galactic reserves the right to suspend any and all of these rights, following disciplinary action.
1 If the employee is still on a grace period, many of these will apply to situations only occurred during working hours. After a grace period the employee will have access to all of the rights regardless of where or when infractions occured
2 Request must be granted by at the very least a Director, if no Directors are available, in rare cases an Assistant Manager or Manager may be able to help
Messier Galactic Solutions prides itself on maintaining positive business relations throughout the verse, and as such has a few simple rules that must be adhered to by contractual employees:
1. Combat situations are to be avoided by any personnel contracted by MGS unless they meet the following criteria;
Messier Galactic Solutions reserves the right to terminate any contracted employee who does not adhere to these simple guidelines.
1 All combat situations are to be logged and reported to a superior regardless of whether or not they fall within regulations, any employee caught not following protocol will be terminated
2 This applies to any organization with similar goals as MGS, who is not a direct ally
3 Upgrades will only be paid for depending on position within the company, and work ethic
4 We are not against doing what needs to be done, unless the infraction is committed against another employee of MGS or one of its affiliates
