Our intentions are to mine asteroids for minerals and ore, to trade, and to manufacture goods

• Bring your own ships
• Those who are more dedicated to the job will receive ships paid for by the corporation
• Those who are exceptional at their jobs will be placed in command of larger ships such as the Orion Mining Ship, Or the Javelin Class Destroyer. These individuals will not own the ship, but will oversee everything that happens on it. These ships will remain the property of Mining Co. and it’s affiliates

• Your salary will be determined based on your ranking within the corporation
• Your ranking within the corporation will depend on several factors, such as: How many hours you work, How valuable you are to the corporation, How well you do your job
• If you bring a ship, maintenance costs for jobs (such as fuel and repairs) will be paid for by the corporation

We are willing to pay massive salaries to the individuals who put hard work and dedication into their jobs.
For the people we think deserve it; we offer perks such as FREE insurance to ships, amongst others.

Average Starting Salary (1st Year): 5000 UEC per month + Living Arrangements
Average Salary (2nd Year):8000 UEC per month + Living Arrangements + Maintenance costs
Average Salary (3rd Year):10000 UEC per month + Living Arrangements +Maintenance costs + Ship Insurance

PLEASE NOTE:
THE FIGURE ABOVE IS JUST AN AVERAGE SALARY AND NOT A GUARANTEED FIGURE. ACTUAL SALARY MAY DIFFER DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF PROFIT MADE PER MONTH.
REMEMBER…YOU MAY NOT HAVE TO WAIT A YEAR TO GET A SALARY INCREASE. IF YOU ARE GOOD AT YOUR JOB THEN YOU MAY GET A PROMOTION.

In the unlikely event of one of our workers being captured by pirates, we will pay ransom.

RULES

• No keeping mined resources for yourself – If you are found out you will be punished
• Stop at nothing to defend Mining Co.‘s assets in the event of an attack or raid
• Do not leave any mining equipment unattended whilst in use
• Do not sell assets to unknown sources – EG: pirates – It gives us a bad reputation
• Do not sell or disclose any information of Mining Co.‘s activities or interests to third-party sources

NEW RULES MAY BE ADDED PERIODICALLY … CHECK FOR NEW RULES REGULARLY

DO NOT DISOBEY ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES.
WE ARE NOT AFRAID TO IMPRISON OR USE LETHAL FORCE TO ENSURE THESE RULES ARE KEPT IN PLACE.
