The earliest evidence of the existence of the clandestine mercenary group known as the MoGZ of War dates back to some time in the early 21st century. The faction, founded by a mysterious yet resolute woman with the moniker ShadowQueen, was built on a foundation of brotherhood through a mutual love of war gaming.
In the immediate years that followed, splinter groups formed from within took part in sports and other simulated entertainment, but the underlying commitment to self improvement through a mutual love of warfare formed a strong undercurrent and it wasn’t long before simulated war games gave way to real life covert mercenary operations supporting guerilla and paramilitary groups the world over.
Secret cloning research in the middle of the 21st century allowed ShadowQueen to remain leader of MoGZ of War, and that dictatorial tradition still continues today. A Boudicea for a modern age, her insight, resolve and tactical genius are still the ongoing backbone of the company.
The advent of space travel brought to us by Roberts Space Industries in 2075 saw massive growth for MoGZ of War: offering private military services to a burgeoning space exploration industry, expanding into space escorts and bounty hunting as well as the already well established spec ops division.
Rumours whispered in political circles accused MoGZ of War of sabotage and key involvement in the Mars Tragedy of 2125 but these allegations were never proven or made public.
Many centuries have passed, but MoGZ of War continue to operate from the shadows. True to its founder and often hiding in plain sight, they are the epitome of that “known unknown”. They were there offering support to the establishment of Terra, struck key blows in the battle of Idris IV, and were instrumental in the defeat of Corath’Thal in the Second Tavarin war in the 27th century.
If you have the maturity and the desire, you can be part of this epoch-spanning legacy and continue the traditions set out near a millennium ago.

MoGZ of War have operated successfully for nearly a thousand years through following these principles. All existing members and new recruits are expected to adhere to these tenets.
Assured Maturity
You must be 21 years old in order to join MoGZ of War. Experienced heads are required to carry out MoGZ of War operations.
Universal Inclusion
MoGZ of War do not discriminate on who we kill or who we work for, and neither should its operatives. Racism, Sexism, Homophobia and Abuse of Offworlders will be met with zero tolerance and maximum punishment.
Mutual Intelligence
All Operatives are expected to be active within the MoGZ of War intelligence network at www.mogzofwar.co.uk.
Social Cohesion
MoGZ of War operate through tight cooperation between members. In order to facilitate this all members are expected to have Teamspeak access. There is no domination without communication.
Self Improvement Without Sacrifice
MoGz of War play hard and play to win, but never forsake enjoying what we do. Bounty Hunters get paid, but MoGZ of War revel in the thrill of the chase.
