Charter

► Art. I: Behavioural Standards
Every member of MONOXACO must adhere to a standard of accountability in regards to their own conduct and how they hold others accountable for their conduct.

» Internally weigh the morality of each action you take, avoid ignorance in regards to how your actions effect others.
» Bigotry, harassment and/or hatespeech is unnaccpetable.
» Treat all players within the org and without, with mutual respect, unless hostility has been established.
» Sabotage/ Intentional disruption of org members, operations or other neutral/allied parties is unnaceptable.

► Art. II: Internal Relations
A chain only works when all its links do their jobs together. Internal friction reduces operational yield and hamrs future operational chemistry.

» Support your team mates and speak up if you need help. Be disciplined in regards to group coordinated activity, don’t waste the tiime of others.
» Keep any serious disputes private and off public channels, seek advice from chain of command for org based disputes where applicable.
» Respect the Chain of Command, Chain of command is not to use abuse authority or use it to protect/exhert their ego
» Protect corporate secrets and assets, sabotage/intentional disruption is unnaceptable, own up to mistakes so we can fix them as a team and always hear out constructive criticism.
» Fostering friendly competition can motivate and help bonding, but we are a team first and foremost.

► Art. III: Field Protocols
Monoxaco is a corporate entity by legal technicality, do not confuse us with an uncaring inhuman conglomeration of greed.

» Violence is a tool, not a pastime. Do not waste time on cruelty.
» Minimize unnecessary damage to any salvageable assets where you can.
» The objectives of the many take priority over the objectives of the few. Objectives must always prioritise maximising wellbeing across the verse.
» Follow any and all morally reasonable orders, if you are uncertain speak up, doubt helps no one and chain of command isn’t perfect, your voice is valued.
» Maintain comms discipline during all operations.
» Act with as much efficiency as reasonably possible when working within a team. Waste your own time, not the time of others.

► Art. IV: Corporate Compliance
We offer you possibilities and aid, do not bite our hand or we will strike you with the other.

» Do not steal from the company, another MONOXACO member, or any neutral/non-actively hostile parties.
» Reckless flying endangers corporate assets, fly with reasonable care.
» Betrayal of MONOXACO leads to immediate liquidation.
» Harassment, discrimination, or toxicity will not be tolerated.

► Art. V: Public Relations
People pay attention. Make a good impression for youself and for the team.

» Represent MONOXACO respectfully in global chat and public forums.
» Do not engage in petty drama you are not involved in, if you believe action should be taken then escelate the issue in chain of command.
» Do not spread misinformation or air dirty laundry in public.
» Maturity doesn’t mean acting constantly serious, it means knowing when to be serious and when it’s ok to relax, don’t be afraid to have stupid fun with others if its not harmful.

► Art. VI: Accountability & Liability
Mistakes happen. People hiding them out of shame or fear is the problematic part.

» Own your errors to avoid further cuasing problems past any initial mistake. Transparency allows us to fix the problem and minimise damages that have already happened.
» Hear out feedback and correction from chain of command.
» Leadership decisions are final unless they violate the Charter.
» Violations of this Charter will result in financial penalties or termination of contract.
