Moose Team was formed by veterans who all lived the same story: years spent inside different orgs doing the heavy lifting while leadership took the credit. We were the ones fixing chaos, carrying missions, training players, and grinding for “the bigger picture” that never actually included us. Eventually, every one of us hit the same point — no drama, no speeches, just a quiet realization that we deserved better. So we walked away from the orgs that relied on us but never valued us. And without planning it, we all drifted toward each other. Same mindset. Same standards. Same frustration. Same desire for a real team. That team became Moose Team — a unit with no hierarchy, no politics, no freeloaders, and no babysitting. Everyone here is a seasoned operator. Everyone pulls their weight. Everyone moves with purpose. We don’t grind for free, we don’t donate blindly, and we don’t carry people who don’t carry themselves. Our early ops made the name stick: fast bunker clears, flawless VPP chains, clean extractions, and PvP fights that ended before the enemy even understood what hit them. People started noticing the way we moved — coordinated, disciplined, and unstoppable. Like a herd. Today, Moose Team is a private strike group. We help other orgs, but only under contract. Moose Team operates as a single, unified strike group made up entirely of seasoned players who know how to move, fight, and work together without needing ranks or orders. Every member is equal. Every member is responsible. Every member is expected to uphold the standard that defines the herd. We do not use hierarchy, titles, or chains of command. Decisions are made as a group, and actions are taken as a unit. We value competence, awareness, and teamwork above everything else. If you’re here, it’s because you already know how to play at a high level and you’re ready to operate alongside others who do the same. Moose Team does not tolerate drama, ego, or freeloading. We don’t babysit, we don’t carry dead weight, and we don’t waste time arguing. If someone becomes a problem, the herd removes them — quietly, cleanly, and without debate. The team always comes first. We function as private contractors. We assist other orgs, but only under paid agreements. No blind depot, no unpaid grinding, no “bigger picture” excuses.
