  …was an elite special forces division under the jurisdiction of the United Empire of Earth (Messer Era) foundet in 2789. It employed military personnel and academic civilians for appropriate positions within the UEE Navy. The overall idea was to form a team combining tactically-sound soldiers with scientists, allowing the team to operate in both anti-piracy and personal security. After 2792 (end of Messer Era) S.T.A.R.S. was outsourced from UEE Navy and was set up as private military company (PMC).

Es beschäftigte Militärpersonal und akademische Zivilisten für geeignete Positionen innerhalb der UEE Navy.
