Flectere si nequeo superos, Acheronta movebo

“If I cannot bend the will of Heaven, I shall move Hell”

History

Morningstar Risk Management was established in 2380 with the completion of the terraformation of the Croshaw System. Initially formed as a think tank by a group of private sector researchers, scholars, philosophers, investors and military advisors who realized the oncoming rush of exploration would cause traditional systems of economics to fail.

With the formation of the United Nations of Earth, Morningstar Risk Management would move on to become one of the first private corporations to secure licenses to explore the fringes of the universe, transport resources and protect UNE assets, both commercial and civilian alike.

Morningstar Risk Management would continue to operate in this capacity through Banu First Contact in 2438, the reformation of the UNE to the United Planets of Earth in 2523 and even the Human-Xi’an Cold War in 2530. While this period was marked by rampant Xenophobia, MRM would secretly foster continued relationships, technological research and trade with a number of interstellar species.

Due to the restrictions placed on United Empire of Earth private combat units in 2546 during the Messer Era, Morningstar Risk Management moved into a consulting capacity to train planetary UEE affiliated militia units. This would continue through the Second Tevarin War and to the eventual conclusion of the Xi’an Cold War.

With the end of the Messer Era and the rise of the Vanduul threat, Morningstar Risk Management began an endeavor of strategic re-armament to once again provide peace of mind to an every expanding universe.

Today, Morningstar Risk Management has one of the most diverse portfolios of risk mitigation, investigative services, crises management, contingency operations, infrastructure support and logistical security, offering turn-key solutions to address our clients’ most complex challenges wherever we are needed.

Manifesto

Immediate – To recruit and grow our organization with Star Citizens from multiple home worlds, time zones and jump points so anyone in our fleet can focus on general or specialized roles – if they so choose – with the support of senior members.

Intermediate – Accrue resources to provide loaner ships and equipment to newer recruits so they will be able to increase their own personal capital, find their specializations and accumulate resources for themselves and the overall organization.

Extended – Tame the wild Beast that is man and expand the finest parts of the human condition into the unknown by discovering our own potential. The warrior knows when to wield their blade and when to sheath it. The scholar knows when to teach and when to learn. The healer knows in order to save others, they must sometimes face death themselves. The diplomat knows when to negotiate good will and when to leverage conquest.

The Sword That Protects.
The Scale That Provides.
The Crown That Conquers.
The Scythe that Saves.

We strive to be the best of humanity. For if we cannot bend the will of the Heavens, we shall move Hell.
