MashTek Ops, LLC
We turn problems into opportunity.
A multi-role freelance firm built for tough jobs and smart solutions. From cargo to combat, mining to missions—we get it done. No fluff, no drama. Just results.

History

MashTek Ops, LLC began as a handshake in the dark—three professionals, one busted terminal, and a joint conviction that there had to be a better way to work.

The founders—Xephor, Raiyth, and Ihmotep—were veterans of three very different corners of the ‘verse, united by experience and disillusionment. Each had seen firsthand how bloated orgs and broken chains of command could turn solid missions into disasters. And more than that, they knew how often opportunity was lost—not for lack of skill, but for lack of focus.

Xephor made his name running freelance contracts across Stanton, Yela, and beyond. A pilot by instinct and a tactician by necessity, he brought the mission-first mentality to MashTek. Xephor’s reputation was simple: he took contracts others turned down—and returned with results.

Ihmotep, known for his deepfield mining knowledge and uncanny knack for finding value in salvage most wouldn’t touch, came from the edge of lawful space. Resource recovery wasn’t just his trade—it was his craft. Under his guidance, MashTek’s Recovery Division was born, turning dead zones into credits.

Raiyth came from the world of large-scale logistics and supply management—less glamorous, but absolutely essential. He’d moved goods through blockades, supply chains through collapsing colonies, and people through contracts no one wanted to admit existed. His calm under pressure became the backbone of MashTek’s fleet coordination and support services.

Together, they formed MashTek Ops: a lean, adaptable organization built to operate in the gray zones of the ‘verse—where traditional orgs hesitated and profit hid behind red tape.

What began as three ships and a shared comms channel quickly grew into a fully licensed multi-role operation. By 2951, with a portfolio of successful contracts across salvage, security, extraction, and logistics, MashTek was formally chartered by the UEE. Not that the company changed much—just enough to get paid more reliably.

Today, MashTek Ops, LLC is a growing presence in Stanton and neighboring systems. It doesn’t boast the numbers of the megacorps or the flash of pirate crews, but what it lacks in spectacle, it makes up for in consistency. The company continues to attract independent operators, professionals, and specialists who value clean execution over hollow slogans.

The founders still fly. The work still matters.
And the principle remains the same:

Turn problems into opportunity. Then get paid.

“We Turn Problems Into Opportunity”

Who We Are
MashTek Ops, LLC is a licensed, multi-role operations firm committed to delivering solutions where others see setbacks.

To provide reliable, scalable, and efficient freelance services across the ‘verse.

We specialize in:

Where We’re Going
The ‘verse is vast—and only getting messier. We’re not trying to tame it.
We’re here to navigate it, profit from it, and outlast the ones who can’t.

We don’t promise certainty. We don’t promise safety.
We promise opportunity—for those willing to earn it.
